Camwen @Exxos - awwww I missed the TIM outfit hehe razz I can change back and will do so momentarily. It is not very good as it is a work in progress. Also, PC's suck! I never thought I would go Mac zealot, but this is such a pile of junk!

I did my best, but gaia does not have much to work with in those areas. Especially dangly chin bits.

And I am on!! lol rofl I ended up working on the networking instead of sleeping when I got home from work. So I didn't really have everything done until this morning. But I am here! On in my room, it is amazing! blaugh

I've never used a mac. I've got a PC in my room that's been running just fine for... going on five years now I think?

I used Macs at school, while I was still in school, and honestly I didn't really see that big of a difference that I would buy one for myself.
My new comp, that I absolutely love now that it is online, runs so nicely. I love it, I had the one before for about 3 or 4 years and it was getting so annoying. It was so bad that I couldn't even go on youtube.

I am not a convert, I have been using macs primarily for over 20 years. I just had to get a pc laptop for expense reasons. And you know what? $2400 for something you can use, is better than $735 for something you can't.

ugh I hate PC's.... but then I love them.
GF's PC is being stupid... we hooked it up to a monitor since the laptop screen broke.... now a few weeks later, display driver stops responding error pops up and I cant fix it, cause the screen goes black all the time when I try to do anything... and on top of that it restarts all the time now....
So I am thinking I will reformat the darn thing if I can get a vista CD that is not a pirated version.... to see if that will fix the issue.
But till then.. I am sharing my Lappytop with her.

I'm not the most computer-experienced person out there, but from what I've heard Macs tend to run better and longer because they're tested better before release, and because there's less people (different companies) working on the product. PC's have about a thousand companies all doing the same thing, and if one of them does it slightly differently, then you get a whole whack of problems, and PC's tend not to have as much testing done before they leave the factory.
Admittedly, this could be untrue, since if you have 1000 computers in the world probably 999 of them would be PC's, so problems will seem to be magnified based on the number of users.
I'm still happier with my mac though :3

Apple will never get cash from me for one of them MACs.. I hate the OS and pretty much everything else about them!!!! PC all the way for me... Have done trial and error on both and PC is just me...
