I'd love to have a job right now. I'm working on it. And a notice to the guild that I'm going away friday afternoon and probably won't be back until monday afternoon. sweatdrop

Maybe you're just not looking in the right places Izu... you gotta just throw applications at everything under the sun and hope that something picks you up... more than likely, businesses are probably just trying to hire anyone that they'd be able to keep, so summer help isn't really a big thing that they're looking for. I don't know how busy it is around the college you're at, but you could always look into any temp agencies around there at least for some work. Got me to work for the few months I had between graduating high school and doing what I'm doing now. sweatdrop 3nodding
I get Friday off as well as Monday, hopefully! eek I feel happy! blaugh xd
I've narrowed down my computer issues to one of two things that it more than likely will be... A) The power supply has gone stupid. B) The mother board is kinda crazy for only about half the circuitry in it. sweatdrop gonk crying I've just gone through the trouble of getting both a new power supply and a new motherboard ordered... so it better arrive Friday, or else I won't be too happy. gonk sweatdrop
And for the record, as much fun as it is... I loathe doing tech support even though I'm the guy everyone goes to just because I have built 2 computers... Honestly, because someone gets a virus on their computer or their computer runs slow or they've gone and spliced their power cables to power their microwave and their computer isn't working right or something completely stupid like that (No, that really didn't happen, thankfully sweatdrop ) doesn't mean that I'm going to be able to help. Stupid new computers not coming with restore discs is becoming a pain in my a** when someone asks why they can't restore and it's actually a jacked up hard drive instead of a data issue (like scratches on the drive from beating the drive while it was spinning maybe?). Oh well, but I digress... that reminds me, damn do I miss Animal Crossing. gonk sweatdrop xd
Oh, and for the record, the only way to play Defend Your Castle, is on the Wii... nothing as fun as actually tossing the little stick figures into the air instead of slinging them with your mouse. xd Oh yeah, and 150cc Mario Kart is getting on my nerves. stressed gonk xd

Just out of curiosity, is anyone else getting really annoying e-mails that their account keeps getting blocked by Gaia? In the e-mail, it says that my account is blocked for like 15 minutes, but now I've gotten that message at least 8 times... in like 2 weeks... so something's not quite right here. sweatdrop gonk I go ahead and send an e-mail to them like it says I should if it's not me trying to log into the account and I get one of those, "Well, that sucks, but tell us if any items go missing. We don't care about your inconvenience so just shut up and leave us alone." ...that's paraphrased of course, but that's the gist I get out of it. stressed gonk crying ...And how the ******** am I supposed to know what items I actually have? I'm not that crazy about Gaia to keep a list and keep track of everything I've gotten over the years on this site... so honestly, I have no idea what s**t I have/don't have. redface Easier solution would be to just be like, "O RLY?! Let's see, we log when failed login attempts are made (supposedly), so let's just go back and see where these multiple instances of 5 in a row incorrect logins are happening and take it from there... like maybe banning the IP from the site like it also says it will do for incorrectly logging in so many times." sweatdrop xd
