"Oh look waht you did..." A shake of her head and she took a bite of the ice cream with a spoon then let another bit plop on the floor and melt into the cracks. "Now make sure no matter what, you do not get it into the cracks and grout of the floor." Snickering again as she handed a bowl to her to drop some chocolate in and then pulled out a jar of maraschino cherries. Unscrewing the top, she pulled one out and bit off the berry chewing happily then tossing the stem into the sink. "Cherry?" She thrust the jar out a little too roughly and watched the juice splash up and hit Piper in the face. Her eyes went wide and then she began to giggle. "Oh..."
"Yes thank you." Lateef rolled his eyes. "That's what happens when you get yanked out of reverie with an emergency call that turned out to not even be an emergency. I'm sure you know all about those though, seeing as you're raising a little elf and they do tend to randomly need things when they cannot reverie." Then he merely shrugged, 'You have syrup on your nose."

Of course Sevilin would be directed out and up the building to the construction site of the former emergency medical infirmary into the fortress chapel. and when sevilin got there, he'd be handed a pickaxe, a bucket of grout, and asked to work on one of the back wall windows by the half constructed organ. before malik smirked at him.

"I know, I just can't be clean about things." Weren't they deviously cute, going about pretending to make sundaes when in reality they were just making a mess in the kitchen. Though a blink and a draw back as she was splashed in the face..., "Sure, want some more chocolate?, a spoon dipped into lukewarn chocolate...and duely flung the spoonful at Zahara.
Grout, he do did love grout. Or at least to keep it clean. But a shurg and he ditched his tunic and the ferret with it, and took to helping out too. Though he did snicker and shake his head as Malik smirked and emparted oh so expected words. "Yeah yeah, gloat all you want. But if you mess this up for her, I'm kicking your a**."

She gasped as chocolate sprayed her chest and splashed some onto her cheek, staring at Piper. "I cannot believe you just did that." Taking her finger, she swiped it along her collarbone then licked it. "Mmm, it's yummy though. I think you need some ice cream to go with your cherries." She picked up one of the bowls that had half melted ice cream in it. Grabbing Piper by the tunic, she dumped it down her tunic. "There you go."

Which meant Piper grabbed a handful of icecream and plopped it against Zahara, ensuing a good old fashion food fight with them,flinging various sundae components at one another and for sure getting that kitchen dirty. Oh Sevilin was going to have a fit later.
He looked up from the blocks around them on the floor and out the door. "What are they doin' down there?" Mothers were squealing and such but not in distressed manner.

They ended up laughing in a heap on the floor, looking like two mischevious girls rather than the grown up mothers they were. Zahara combed a finger through her hair and pulled out a cherry that had made it's way into the strands and then tapped Piper on the nose with it. Glancing around she groaned. "Sevilin is going to kill you and have me for dinner..."
"I dunno, let's go see." He stood up and brushed his hand over his pants then headed downstairs following the sound of giggling. "Mommy we're hun-" He trailed off as he stepped into a puddle of ice cream and slipped on the slick stone, grabbing onto anything that he could to keep from sitting in the puddle as well. Daddy was not going to be happy.

"Well...this place needs a chapel anyway. what better circumstance to have a reason to put one in."
a slight shrug.
"I have everything worked out....it'll certainly be somethign for her to remember. hopefully in a good way. one rule with women that always stands firm is you never screw up the wedding. if this does go sour, I won't have to worry about you. I'll be too busy fending off Piper and Zahara, and probably Fianna and Caprice as well."

Oh lord, they probably went overboard now didn't they? Oh well, they made a nice good mess. Piper wiped a hand over her cheek, smuding chocolate. "You know sometimes being dinner for your husband isn't go bad." Did she just say that? Why yes she did. She had her bad moments too. "But that aside...we did a good job." Before a look over to see the children coming in, and both going down. Which meant she untangled herself from Zahara and went to them, pulling them up. "You two okay?"
Well, Malikhai happened to be the closest thing when his friend was going down, which meant he got grabbed and they both ended up plopping in ie cream, a little confused and blinking until mommy came over and picked them up out ice cream puddles. "Did you make a mess mommy?"
"Needs a chapel? I hardly see the neccessity for one. Let alone on top of your fortress more or less." Shrugging lightly. "Then again I have a bad rap with dieties on high, so the whole chapel and such thing isn't really of my concern. You can decorate your place with what baubbles you'd like, it's just another thing for me to rune to safe standards for you." But a nod. "This is true, the women would have you ripped apart before I could lift a finger. That's hightly amusing actually."

Zahara glanced around at the kitchen and chewed on her bottom lip. Made a mess was a bit of an understatement truthfully. They'd made a disaster...but at least Sevilin was going to have a lot to clean. "Yes, we did." She picked up her own son and frowned at the sight of his boots. Those weren't going to be ready for him to wear anytime soon. "Come on you two, you need a bath now." And she needed to clean up the kitchen, somewhat. One small spot of dried ice cream was all he needed to clean like a frenzied person. She took his sticky little hand and headed upstairs. "You can use my shower, Piper. I'll clean up the boys."

"Should we at least mop puddles or make a really nice story to explain everything?" Following Zahara upstairs, and leaving Malikhai with her. "Got anything I can wear?" Which meant waiting a bit for Zahara to find something before she took to the children and Piper took to cleaning up...her hair was not appreciating her right now, what with it being so long and chocolat and everythign else in it. Would take her a good half hour at least.

"Of course I do. The tailor made me icky day clothes." Which was basically pants and a loose tunic for those days she didn't feel like dressing in her usual style, generally when she wasn't feeling a hundred percent. Shooing Piper off to the other shower she took the boys and was soon up to her elbows in two little elves and bubbles. It wasn't too difficult to scrub them both up and then take them into Zykariel's room and redress them. Malikhai was a little shorter than her son so she rolled his pants a few times and then left them to clean up the mess in his room. Heading into the bathroom she plopped down on the bed. "What kind of story did you have in mind?" Calling through the bathroom door. She hadn't thought that far ahead.

She came out not but a few seconds later, dressed in what Zahara had given her and then drying her hair with the towel in her hands. After a while you learned how to do it by yourself, but yet Malik usually like to help her just because he liked to play with her hair. "That's a very good question." Plopping down on the bed next to her friend. "We were going to make sundaes and the boys were playing around us, bumped into us we sorta tried to flail around them but didn't do a good job and well...chaos?"

Zahara thought it over and then headed into the bathroom herself, beginning to run the water for her own shower. "That's not bad at all. We have to keep the boys from ratting us out though. They will say that they heard giggling and came down and saw the mess. And they'll probably want a sundae too. I had to promise Zykariel one to get him into the bath." She left the bathroom door open so they could talk while she was in the shower and stepped in scrubbing herself clean. "We have to lose track of time too which will explain why it didn't get cleaned. I need him busy for a while so I can finish wedding preparations and do what needs to be done. He'll be cleaning all night, scrubbing his grout and whatnot."

"Sundaes with cookie crumblings on top are a find solition. Promise them that and they'll cooperate. Children are easily pleased in such manners after all." Tapping her fingers on her knee then in contemplation. "Go with the truth. The boys slipped, thus spreading the mess and we had to contend with washing them, he knows how hard it is to get them into the bath sometimes. We just happened to realize the time when we were done with them and needed to get back to the fortress. There we go, we forgot about the kitchen, and what with wedding on the brain, it helps." But then a blink. "Wouldn't him being up all night cleaning be a bad thing though?"

Ah there we go. nearly done now except the organ and some minor detailing. A full blown podium, with organ behind it, about four rows of pews etched and engraved in silver, four stained glass windows. one of Tunare's tree, one of Erollisi's rose, one of Brell's hammer and one for Innoruuk's skull. and the mailed fist of Rallos on the floor etching in silver...letting them all get cleaned up and those that needed to stay to work on the organ to stay.
