Why hello there! I am Matchsticks. I am 19 years old and have been in 'awere' of my therianthropy for about 2-3 years. My my wereside is a Dhole and I have phantom shift and suntherian shifts (as in I may feel slighty more or less like my wereside at any given moment)
My hobbies are drawing, writing, irritating shallow fangirls/boys and playing videogames.

I am 15 years old and I am not a were. But- I have a extreme connection with animals and I wanted to see if my abilities would be able to outreach people that where part were/ other animals! Plus, I want to learn about almost everything so that I can accept it and help others accept the things around them too.
My name is Miranda, and one thing for sure is that I am going to be shyer than ever because I always am when I enter a guild. My hobbies include- volenteering <3, reading and drawing.

Hi I am 16 years old I live in a small town in Wisconsin and not a were but i also feel that i have a strong connection to animals, mostly horses. i joind to learn more. i do have a friend that is a were but he will not tell me anything.

Hiya, I'm Amanda -or 'Manda- and I'm 14 years old. I don't know if I'm a exactly a were or not, but I've known that I've had animalistic-like instintcs my whole life. Like, when I was scared, I would yelp instead of scream or feel the need to walk through a forest barefoot and sleep in a thick grove, and even eat raw meat and stuff. Anyways, I just think that there's something else to me that I haven't discovered yet, and the impulses I sometimes get tell me that that 'something' might just be animalistic. I really don't know, though. Currently, I'm just new and exploring the guild, because Therianthropy is a new thing for me. ^^
Oh! Also, is it possible to lose your animal side for a while? About half a year ago, I lost almost all of my feral impulsive-ness stuff and haven't been able to regain them yet. =(

Good morning. I`m Ausren and not a were or therian, but a hyena/stag furry. Being curious about therian "culture" and beliefs, naturally I had to join this guild and see what the fuss was all about.
As for my "animal side," I doubt there`s anything seriously strange about it, just the usual. For instance, I love going barefoot when I take walks[whether through woods or on a cemented sidewalk], have around monthly cravings for raw meat[excluding sashimi] and have never gotten along with other humans very well -- to be more specific, I consider myself a sociophobe. I enjoy drawing and sleeping in my spare time and have a low patience for narrow-minded people or illiterates.

Hello there, my name is Maggie and I've gone by Tenn online in the past, but if it's all right with you I'd prefer to be called Weezy.
Ever since I was about four or five, I've felt a kinship to coyotes and collies. I've shifted mentally periodically for years now, and occasionally I dream in one of these forms. Lately I've felt a very strong connection to sea otters, and shift mentally actually very often. I have an excellent sense of smell, and a technically very good sense of hearing which is hard to use well because I have difficulty filtering sounds. My elements are fire and water. I confuse me.
Whoever reads this post, you're pretty much the first people to know. I've nver told anyone else. (I have a strong suspicion that my boyfriend is a panda inside, based on things he's told me, but he doesn't have a word for it and I'm a bit scared to tell him with all the stigma of therianthropy. Yes, I'm a wuss. emo )

i think i joined a few weeks or days ago, (i don't have a great sense of how much times passes) but i'm only just posting in this thingy now.
my name is akita and i'm a lioness inside. at first, i just kind of knew what i was, then when i actuall typed it, i started asking myself how i knew and my subcouncious (which always takes on the shape of a gray wolf with purple eyes) told me through dreams where i'm a lioness and i feel like i was mean to be that. in a way, i'm a 'lone lioness' or something, i do like my friends a lot, kind of like a pride, and i trust them and really get pissed off at most everyone else (not on the computer, in real life i mean).
i found out i was a lioness in 4th grade, i think i kind of just knew.
i like Green Day a lot and i'm far too obssessed with them and the 6 CDs of theirs that i have to think about any other bands, so basically Green Day is the only band i like.
i like writing fiction stories. i also like the night. oddly, i like both warmth and darkness, which is why i love being outside on night here in houston, because it's nice and dark and very warm. i have insomnia problems but i don't really mind.
i've had at least 2 past lives, one as a human in Ancient Egypt and the other as a lioness, i believe my lioness soul somehow decided to stay in my human body when i was born as a human. i also have a friend werewolf, since i met him a few months ago i knew he was not imaginary, usually he looks like a little puppy with messy fur, but he can turn into a scary litle kid with pale skin and he's kinda cute. he is real in another dimetnion i believe. i can see him perfectly well in the dark, but he's completely invisible in light and i have strong reasons to believe he can move things around. i think he himself has a guaridian.
i may have a dragon guardian that's black but i have to meditate on that, i'm not sure if it's just my imagination...
ok i'm done with the rant sweatdrop
edit: i know about my wolf subcouncious because of execrises i did with a phsicologist. she ketp telling me that i could get good grades if i tried and she told my subcouncious that. while in a trance, when she started talk about/to my subcouncious, i would always see a wolf, until i realized it was always the same one ant the wolf 'was' my subcouncious.
and about my past lives, i have reasons for knowing. i astral projected (or something similar) and found out, because a person who i know sees things and she tolf me about the Egyptian life, i doubted her and went to see if it was true, apparently it was. and i can't be sure about my liones life, but that's the only reason that occurs to me as to why i have dreams of being in a lion pride and since i have a lioness soul i assume i was once a lioness in this life...

I'm, uh, Cait. I'm not a were, but the subject itself is fascinating. I'd really like to learn more, but I'm not hear to study and observe you from a distance. I will be respectful and make commentary and even scratch you behind the ears, if it'll please. :)
I hope to become one of your peers and not just some research nut. I'll be as active as I can, although I'm extremely forgetful, but lots of fun. Apparently. I'm also here so I can be closer with my girlfriend, who is amongst you folks. Actually, she runs your guild.

Is there really much more worth to say then that? Okay, Okay, stop looking at me like that. You can call me Toryn (I answer to Torin too, although they are two distinctly different things, only my packsister calls me Torin, usually) or Josh if you wish. Like many of you, I tend to ramble, so don't mind me if I spout off. I'm 24 (As of Nov 10. 2006), and have been one of many quiet sets of eyes on the fringes of the Therian community for, six? years or so now..it's amazing it's been this long! There was a time when I knew people, both in this realm and that of the Furres, but it's been so long now..*sigh*
In any event, I'm a wolf/fox therian, an author (now and again), a lover of art, music, prose, the occasional movie or TV show, tabletop wargaming, CCGs, and Role-playing in all its forms. My dream is to get over my hermit-ish self, and try at becoming a bit of a bard, but that will probably never happen wink I'll probably prod my mate into checking out this guild a bit later
