ashlander_alpha 'hoy, ladies and gentlemen. I go by "Ash" here on Gaia, though I will most certainly do horrible, horrible things to you should you make a Pokemon joke.
I like the color red.
I'm 19 years of age and reside in the US of A, though I am Russian by birth.
My metal tastes are pretty broad, though my favorite schools by far are Swedish melodic death and Finnish gothic/symphonic/folk. My favorite bands usually combine influences from several different subgenres, so I guess I'm not much of a purist. Case in point, if I had to choose a favorite band ever, I'd have to go with In Flames. Predictable, I know.

I like Death Metal and some Punk mainly girl bands L7 :: Seven Year b***h :: Bikini Kill as well; and always looking for new bands to broaden my listening.
Up till now my world only had Metal and Punk sooooo I like what I like and group it all under one main category: MELODY'S METAL MANIA! jk. I am laid back too and can't wait to get to know some more cool people on Gaia.
I just LOVE Music!
Oh yeah, I am a graphic designer by trade! Mostly "printable" stuff and some web... I can design just about anything. Getting it to work on the web not so much.

Heavy Metal
Power Metal
Celtic Folk/Viking Metal
Progressive Metal
and Melodic Death Metal
i love all aspect of music on how it toughes the human emotion in depth
