Danburite ignored the girl that had come up to him. He was too concerned with his own problem to even care about what she said. When the doors slid open and a man entered, Danburite took a step forward. It was definitely him. He knew the man's face, his aura. Slipping his shades back onto his face. He wondered if Zoisite would remember him even in his disguised form. Moving forward yet again, he waited for the other man's reaction.

"Baka!!!" said Makoto firmly and balled her fist. Within 5 seconds it was heading toward Danburite's left eye. "How dare you ignore me like that!"

Danburite turned and just managed to catch the girl's fist. Holding tightly, he snarled. "Insolent wench! Mind your business!" he snapped as he glared through his shades. He did not have time for the likes of the girl. He had business to attend to and the one he wanted had just entered the karaoke parlour.

When Zoisite stepped through the doors, he only saw a man and the girl he knew to be Jupiter, Nephrite was no where to be seen. It was the man that held his attention, or rather the aura surrounding him. He wore sunglasses, and while Zoisite was rather new to the human world, he knew that sunglasses where not normally worn inside. He was purposely covering his face.
Jupiter, or rather Kino Makoto, surprised him when she let a punch fly. The man had no problem catching it, and when he spoke his voice caused Zoisite's breath to catch in his throat. The words were said in a harsher tone than what he was used to from the past, but he knew that voice.
How was this possible? How had he managed to be reborn as they were? Did he... remember?

"You...you...baka." Makoto glared at him. She tried to break free, but her fist was being held tightly. "This isn't the time to mess with me!!!"

Glaring at Makoto, Danburite released her hand. "Child, I have no time or patients for you!" he barked. He was annoyed that she had interfered with his reunion. With a sneer directed at Makoto, he walked over to the stunned Zoisite. His sneer changed to a soft smile as he eyed the other man.
Speaking in a hushed tone for Zoisite's ears only, Danburite said, "I'm back, love."

Zoisite stared at Danburite, wide eyed in shock for several moments. The man who had once been one of the Shitennou, as well as his lover. He had never expected to see him again after he was banished from the kingdom in the past life.
Zoisite took a step back, "how?" he asked. How was it possible that he was here, now in this time? Why was he here?
The Tennou's eyes flashed over to the entrance into the karaoke parlour. Jadeite and the Master had yet to enter, but they were probably still right outside the door. Regardless of what he felt for the other man standing in front of him, he could not forget what Danburite tried to do.

"How? How... how are you here?" Danburite responded, still keping the calm, soft smile on his face. He had forgotten just what Zoisite had meant to him. 'This one will not die like the rest.'
Stepping closer still, Danburite reached out and lightly brushed his hand across the other Tennou's cheek. He was overwhelmed with the urge to kiss the man. It had been so long since danburite had done so.

Danburite was standing between Zoisite and the door. He needed to make sure the Master was out of harm's way, but without arousing Danburite's suspicions.
Trying his best to ignore Danburite's advances, Zoisite pulled away from his hand and positioned himself on the other side of the man. He spoke over his shoulder at Makoto. "Kino-san. Can you do me a favour? Chiba-san is outside the parlour, can you tell him that I will meet up with him later? I'll take care of this guy." He didn't know if Jupiter even knew who he was in his civilian form, but hopefully it would work.
Turning back to Danburite, Zoisite forced himself to smile slightly at the man. Hopefully Danburite would interpret this as an attempt at getting some private reunion time, and not an attempt at protecting the Master.

Danburite moved out of the way to allow the insolent human woman out the door. That left Zoisite and the insolent employee alone with him. "I see that look in your eye," he murmured casually. He knew when Zoisite was determined to do something even when he did not know what. "I always have loved that determined spirit of yours."
"Tell me, do you still play that piano of yours?" He hoped that nice small talk would keep the girl's suspicions down. He did not want to start a panic just yet. That would come the moment he encountered Jadeite.

'I just need to keep him occupied until the Master is safe,' Zoisite thought to himself. He didn't really know what to do after that point, but protecting his Prince was his first concern.
"I do," he answered simply. "So you remember that as well?"

Artemis' plan to lead her fans away appeared to have worked, and Minako walked down the street without any problem. She decided to head straight for their meeting place, as Artemis should be able to escape the fans easily enough and get there quickly.
An odd feeling washed over her then, and she looked back over her shoulder at Crown. She didn't see anything out of the ordinary, but something just felt wrong.
Motoki arrived back at Crown and parked his car in a near-by parking garage. Hopefully Nephkichi-kun had held the place together well enough in his absence. He had a bad temper and things had a tendency to get broken in Motoki's absence, heck even in his presence.
He got out of his car and locked the doors, then he started the short walk back to work.

Walking closer to Zoisite once more, Danburite reached out for him again. It seemed he was stunned to learn just how much Danburite remembered. "I remember every little detail from that time... including jut how much I love you."
Reaching over to toy with Zoisite's hair a little, Danburite smiled. "Your precious Master is not who I want. You do not have to be so on guard with me," Danburite whispered before leaning in and capturing Zoisite's mouth in a tender kiss.

Makoto was out the door and she appeared to be angry. Then she saw Motoki. "Mamoru?" Makoto asked. She noticed Mamoru and Jedite. "One of your companions told me to tell you that he'll be joining you later. There's nothing to worry about." She couldn't bear it regardless. There WAS something to worry about. This former senshi had forgotten about the shitennou over the time she'd lost her powers. If she'd ever have to fight again...iie, she had to fight again. Somehow, she had to save Zoicite, even if she didn't know who he was. It was decided. She told Mamoru he'd be fine and...wait, that's Motoki! She looked over to him and ran over. "It would be in your best interest, Motoki, to stay out of Crown. A situation is brewing in there and I don't want you getting hurt. . ." She said this cautiously because she knew Motoki was angry. Makoto herself wasn't in such a good mood either. At her side was her bag. She'd get out her cell phone and call the others to tell them of the situation at Crown. That would be after she was assured of Motoki's safety.

Zoisite heard the sound of the door opening and closing, signifying Jupiter's exit right before Danburite made his move.
He froze, unsure of how to react to this. On one hand, his love from the past life had returned to him, he should be thrilled. On the other, it was this same person who had become corrupted by Metallia and tried to murder his Master.
Your precious Master is not who I want.
If that was true, then perhaps it would be fine to... Zoisite closed his eyes and felt himself relax a bit.
Motoki noted several people milling about outside Crown. Mamoru was there with one of his friends, and Mako-chan was there as well.
"Has Nephkichi-kun had another one of his tantrums?," he asked Makoto. "He really needs to learn some self-control. How many things did he break?"

"I'm not sure. I wasn't there to witness the whole thing. A strange guy and one of Mamoru's companions are inside. Neph seemed angry. He just stormed out of the room after telling the strange dude to leave because you weren't there. Whatever his name is, he's evil and he definitely has no respect for anyone."
