Really? I've never met anyone before who had their birthday on August 2nd as well. I know a lot of people who have August birthdays, some of them mere days away from my own, but never anyone else who was born on the 2nd. Cool. ^^

I know what you mean. I can't wait for it to start either. HD is so much fun to play, that's why I was so anxious to save it from inactivity.

Yes, actually, all of the members in your group responded to my PM summons...but now they have disappeared again. I think the problem we have here is that people are encountering the inactivity, saying "I have better things to do, I'll check this later", and then later quickly becomes next month. They're so used to TSW being dead and not moving or doing anything that they don't expect they'll miss anything. It's actually kind of funny in a couple of ways...not only are they creating a self-fulfilling prophecy but I'm actually now getting more activity from members that I had dismissed for inactivity, now that they've come back. o.o

People are so strange. I guess I'll have to send out more PMs...

Yes. Sadly, the existence of flying space monkeys is strenuously denied by our government. I do not know when they will finally see the light. All I know is that when they do, it will be a joyous day.

That'd be great! This guild could really use a little stimulation and interest. =) I'd really appreciate it if you could invite a few of your friends to take a look, and I'd be more than happy to review any applications they send in. ^^ We should be able to start HD up soon, though! Only six empty slots left. I figure we'll start things when there are only about four slots left open, and then just roleplay until the remaining four are filled.

Anyways, some things about HD. The abilities kind of need tweaking, some may seem powerful. The powers should not and cannot be used at a molecular level. If you think about it, if you have mastery at molecular level, you basically have mastery almost all elements, excite'em fast may cause fire. If a water elemental threw water, an air elemental can just basically take it a part and vice versa.

Perhaps use of elements at molecular level are for the strongest.

Wind - It's pretty good, kind of powerful, maybe have the ability to only move air and not at a molecular level. Stronger wind users can create vacuums by perhaps by creating tornadoes and such. No silence, 'cause that basically means stopping movement of air, which freezes air, which kind of creates water or ice.

Since air is available and has many uses, perhaps it should be a little weaker. -nods-

Water - control of water in body maybe too much. I'd say control of existing water, since creating water out of air kind of crosses wind boundary. Ice should also be controllable, but a water user cannot freeze ice or make ice.

Fire - it's A-OK.

Earth - maybe move earth only, i'm not sure about the ability to hurl boulders or make sandstorms. That kind of crosses wind territory. No talking to plants too, that's not really earth is it?

Darkness and light... not really elements. How does darkness create pain if its intangible? How does light heal.. when light is umm heat? o0. Maybe it should be called Unholy and Holy.

Metal - urmm, its sort of earth? just more compact.

Psychics - Really strong, maybe soothsaying/prediction power should be nearly uncontrollable. Telekinesis is iffy. If you water around... you're basically a water user. If you move fire around, fire user, etc.

I could go on and on about my opinion of the elements... but I won't.... I'm not even in HD.... hehe.

I haven't for awhile now. HD and another were my only RPs, and the GM/DMs of both lost their interest.
