Tooya's not a normal teenage boy, he's not even a "teenager" the guy grew up in ten days o_o b.) he has no memories, so how would he know what's "normal".

*waves to all superiors in room* Hi there, I am new to the guild this actully my second Yu Watase series I am trying to finish Alice 19th right now as well.
I only have the first volume of Ceres thus far which obivously I liked since, like usual with Watase books I told my self I am only going to read the first section of the manga. And then soon after I find my self half way through the book and totally ingulfed in the story thus far. lol this happened to me as well with Alice 19th when I first started on that as well.
Right now I would certainly have to say Watase is my favorite manga artist/writer. Even though one of my friends almost kind of tried to sway me away from reading her work because of the sometimes dark, morbid and sad endings that have come from a few of her works. But I don't nesscarily have to read a happy perfect ending story to enjoy my self with manga (this is quite obivous seeing how I also read a bit of Kori Yuki manga's as well.)
I will say that ceres does not wait very long with hitting the hard blows, the sudden change in Aya's life style with her family is quite shocking and upseting. Even though this is somthing no one would wish on them seleves I think most everyone can relate to the situation happening with her. This is probably going to get me in trouble but for some reason the character I happened to like the most from reading vol.1 was Toya *hides* I have no idea why but...just somthing about him and being somehwhat against Aya and for her at the same time is fairly interesting, blaugh like there is some kind of atraction with him to her that is making him act out of contract to try and protect her...or somthing like that.
lol like I said I am new to this series so I do not expect to know as much as some of you other people so if I say somthing dumb or that is not correct just ignore...for I am just a newbie smile

I don't understand why everyone DISlikes Touya so much, but then agian I haven't gotten to book eight yet, and I can't remeber what happened in the anime any more. crying crying Curse you falty memory. Ceres eight has no officialy moved up to the top of my need to buy manga list.

Ayashi no Ceres is a cool series. I like Aya the best. Then Ceres. Then Yuhi. Then Toya. Then Mrs. Q. Mrs. Q. looks like a fish. She's funny though. I still have to read 6-10! scream My friend says to not read book 6. I don't know why.
