ᴘƖєαѕє ɗᴏη'ᴛ Ɩєαᴠє ຕє ᴛʜɪѕ ωαу....🌹 Selene was having a nightmare of a past event. Something that her Cousin Marguerite had been involved in years ago when they were preteens. The one major time that Sly had been her Knight on a Shiny Rapidash when she truly needed him. But in the nightmare, everyone was grown up, like the ages they were now. The Team Skull grunts guys had beating her up way more and it looked like one of them was about to rape her when she woke up from it. "What the.... Glad that nightmare is over with. Plus those three guys had changed their ways for the better and not a part of Team Skull anymore." Selene said before reaching over to drink some of the ginger ale.
While she was drinking the ginger ale, she heard her phone going off due to a notification.'I wonder if it's from Estelle...' Selene thought as she reached for her phone and saw that it was a new text from her. A sigh of relief escaped her lips after reading the text. Then she wrote a text back to Estelle.

Selene sent back to her friend, wondering where Elio would want to go eat at. She would take care of Estelle's meal as well.' Thankfully I got something to look forward to. Hopefully we won't run into Sly during those meals, assuming he's still in Alola then. He was giving me the impression that he wouldn't be here for long.... Yet I hope I do get another chance to talk to him though...' Selene thought to herself before eating a few saltine crackers and then washing down with ginger ale..

Tapu Fini Tapu Fini tended to the Totem Kommo-o and the Hakamo-o as best she could at her sanctuary, The Ruins of Hope. The Hakamo-o would recover easily enough with some rest, but Kommo-o had taken some serious injuries. I never should have allowed humans on this island. The Guardian Deity thought to herself. But at least there are some humans we Pokémon can trust. Her mind turned to her Island Kahuna. Which is good, because some human medicine is what you need, my faithful Totem. She thought to sleeping Dragon-type, before setting off to find Kahiau. Tapu Fini found Kahiau leaving his house heading toward the Vast Poni Canyon. He was facing away from the direction the Island Guardian approached from, so she let her mist roll in around him to announce her presence, which was her preferred greeting anyway.

✨ Kɑɧiɑʋ 💫 Aɗélɑɾɗ 💫 Beɑʋɱσɳt ✨ Kahiau hadn't gotten far into the canyon when a rolling mist appeared around him. 'I wonder if Tapu Fini's appearance had anything to the bad vibes Selene and I were getting earlier.' He thought to himself as he turned around to face his island guardian. Kahiau gave Tapu Fini a respectful bow to it before speaking aloud.
" What can I do for you today Tapu Fini? " He asked the deity, knowing that it wouldn't be able to respond back by speaking. Kahiau knew that Tapu Fini would respond back to in it's own way. 'Here's to hoping that whatever the Tapu wants me for isn't too serious.' He thought to himself, not knowing what Tapu Fini wanted.

Tapu FiniTapu Fini motioned toward the Ruins of Hope, indicating with her eyes that it was urgent. With that, the Island Guardian vanished back into the mist. She returned to the Ruins, knowing the Kahuna wouldn't be far behind her. Tapu Fini knew most Humans couldn't understand Pokémon speech, but that never stopped Kahunas from understanding what the Tapu needed from them, and Kahiau knew the way to the Ruins very well.

✨ Kɑɧiɑʋ 💫 Aɗélɑɾɗ 💫 Beɑʋɱσɳt ✨ Kahiau did catch the urgency in the Tapu Fini's actions and in her eyes. "I will head over there soon to the Ruins of Hope as soon as I can." He said to her, reaching for Garchomp's pokemon ball from his belt. Then the Tapu Fini vanish back into the mist and was gone. At first, he thought about getting his motorcycle from his house on the way to the ruins but it was faster to fly.
"Come on out Garchomp, it's time for us to fly to the Ruins of Hope." Kahiau said before letting the flying pokemon out. Garchomp was ready to go and already had the riding equipment on. Kahiau got up on on Garchomp and held onto the handles as Garchomp began to lift off. Then they were on their way to the Ruins of Hope. Once there, they landed outside the main entrance and Garchomp went back into his pokemon ball.
Of all things, Kahiau wasn't expecting to see all the Hakamo-os and the Totem Kommo-o all spread out in the Ruins of Hope. "Selene was right when she had pinpointed the bad vibes coming from the trial site. I wonder who would do something like this..." He said as he made his way forward to the Totem Kommo-o as he had a feeling that Tapu Fini wanted him here to tend to totem's juries. 'Thanks to my sister, I have more healing items for healing pokemon than I would usually have.' He thought as he reached the badly injured Kommo-o and began to do what he could to heal the totem pokemon.

Dreadnought Sly Merrimack ~I feel it deep within, it's just beneath the skin
I must confess that I feel like a monster~   Merrimack and Jury had made their way back to their landing point, an isolated area Merrimack was sure no one would find his hot air balloon. "About time we got out of here." The trainer said, still in a bad mood. "Jury, unpack the balloon with Psychic." Jury's eyes and stripes glowed as it unfolded the huge Steelix-shaped nylon bag. Once it was ready, Merrimack activated the fan to begin inflating the balloon. As he did, Jury glanced back toward the path they'd come from, sensing something nearby. ~I hate what I've become, the nightmare's just begun

Will be the moment that leads to greatness?~♫ Not far behind the Team Rocket trainer and his Dark-type companion, Pancham kept a close eye on the pair. What kind of human is this? He wondered. He fought the Pokémon Ranger, protected her, got angry at the Kahuna, fought the Totem Pokémon, got angry at the strange Ranger, then got angry at that big evil Steel Pokémon. The little Pancham reflected on what it had seen so far. Why is he so angry? He's really strong, and didn't back down when the evil Pokémon charged right at him. That other Pancham said he was good, and he seems to be noble, but it's like he's trying really hard not to be. And does he really think he can beat Tapu Fini? Even I don't want to fight her. Maybe he is evil, but even he had to be nice to the blue haired Ranger, because she's so nice. Wait! - What's he doing now? Merrimack had finished inflating the Balloon, jumped into the gondola and was ready to take off. "What do you keep looking over there for?" Merrimack asked Jury. "If you're thinking about Selene, knock it off, we're world's apart now." He was saying that more to himself than to the Umbreon. Even Tapu Fini's furious gaze wasn't lingering in the young man's mind as much as that kiss. "Hold on!" Realization struck Merrimack. "No one could have followed us out here could they?" I won't let him get away! Panncham thought as he raced out of his hiding spot toward the balloon. "That Pancham again?" Merrimack said aloud as the wild Pancham appeared. "What does he think he's doing?"
As the balloon rose, Pancham leapt with all his might, he barely made it, grabbing the very edge of the basket.
"Nature's Madness. You really like getting into trouble don't you?" Merrimack addressed the Pancham. A Fighting Pokémon like him should be able take a fall from this height, no problem, right? The trainer considered, watching the ever increasing height of the Balloon. Then at least he'd be out of my hair. Despite his thoughts, Sly instead reached out and pulled the Pancham safely into the gondola. "So what are you going to do now? Bring me to justice for Tapu Fini?" Pancham glared at Merrimack. Then he looked outside the balloon and sat down on the floor, but kept a defiant look pointed at the human. "Well that'll do for now." Merrimack said. "But trust me where we're going, you'd better prepare for trouble." ♪~All you need is a friend~♫
♪~Together you'll demonstrate what strength is!~♫

There's a few things I want to mentioned or discuss only to her though.' Selene thought to herself as she stood up from the rocking chair and walked down the steps and let Cœur D'or out.
"Hey Cœur D'or, I want to say again that you did a wonderful job in battle today. " Selene began as the Steelix lowered it head to rubber her face against her partner. "I wished you have seen Judge without having to battle him though. Yet, I'm still highly amused how the move attract affected him... There's something else I wanted to say." She said before letting a sigh escaped her lips as she was now scratching Cœur D'or chin. "I saw how you you were looking at Judge after the battle. You like him, and for the most part I'm fine with you liking him that way." Selene said to her, Cœur D'or having a slight rose gold blush on her cheeks due to that comment. "Yet I feel like I shouldn't encourage it due to how Sly doesn't want to have anything to do with me. Judge is with him, even though a part of me wants Judge back for you. " Selene admitted, wanting Judge back, not knowing what kinds of trouble that he's been in due to Sly. Yet she wanted Sly back for herself though and it seemed that he didn't want her back in his life, so he claimed.
"Since Sly claimed that he didn't want anything to do with me now, ends a childhood dream of mine." Selene said before a few tears slid down her cheek as she hugged Cœur D'or. Cœur D'or gave her partner a hug back to Selene in her own way. She felt the emotions that Selene gave off while they had been in Sly's company and Sly's emotions as well. Then not long after that, the two heard someone coming down the Ancient Poni Path. Selene wiped her tears away and looked towards the path. "I wonder if it's one of our friends coming tonight that we hear coming. I'm hoping it's Estelle," she said, looking down the path. She put a smile on her face and Cœur D'or did so as well.

♪♫~Just what was that expression on your face?~
♪♫~Where those tears of joy or tears of sorrow?~
♪♫~Whatever they were, I want you to know...~  "It's already gotten pretty late, huh, Vega?" Estelle asked the Clefairy walking by her side down the Ancient Poni Path. "I know Selene said seven, but given what she's been through, I want to get to her as soon as possible." I hope she's doing ok. The fair haired girl thought to herself. Sly may have been kinda rough - okay he was basically a thug - but he was always there for Selene, until that day in Lumiose City. I can't even imagine what she must be feeling now. Estelle's thoughts drifted to the time she spent with her friend in Kalos. At times, she'd seen Selene in a very dark place. With time and support form her friends, family, and a special little Fennekin, Selene seemed to have gotten over it and become more radiant than ever. But deep down, Estelle knew her friend was still hurt by it. Heck, i'm still a little hurt by it, and I barely interacted with him. At least compared to Selene and Elio. We all went through so much together and he just... Her thoughts were interrupted as Kahiau's house came into veiw. The familiar golden sheen of Cœur D'or was visible, but Estelle's eyes were drawn to the small blue haired figure beside her.
"Selene!" she called out, joyfully as she raced over a gave her friend a hug, while Vega jumped around Cœur D'or dancing happily. "I wish I'd been here sooner. Estelle said, releasing her. "But I had to get Elio comfortable at my place, teleporting still makes him feel sick." Estelle saw the smile on Selene's face, but traces of tears as well. "How are you holding up?" She asked.

Deanna Hansen- The Pokemon Linguist Deanna had been busy with some research, when she got the message from Selene about wanting to hang out with some of them. She also got a message from Kahiah that he wanted to speak to her while she was over. The young woman did not know what had happened, but she assured both she would be there. So having one of her days her legs were being brats, she was in her wheelchair, with her Alolan Ninetails, Icicle, pushing her from behind. Icicle was used to wrapping her mouth around the handle and pushing that way. Lighting, her Pikachu, was giving encouragement from her shoulder and Jasmine, her Rockruff, was curled up in her lap. They were going down the trail to Kahiah's house, which is where they would be meeting. She stroked the top of Jasmine's head, as they got closer to the house. " Hopefully we will find out what is going on. Good thing we were given some time to wrap things up and make our way over, huh?"she told her Pokemon. She was trying to go through what might have happened, but couldn't think of something. She just knew Selene had seemed upset, even if she did try to hide it. Her mind was worried she had missed something big when she had been buried in her research. I am sure that whatever it is, it will be alright in the end. I think you know it too. Don't hurt your head too much on it,'Lightning told her. " Yeah, I guess you are right, Light. Let's see what it is first, before worrying,"Deanna agreed. They came upon the house, before rolling up the special way that had been built for her, when she was in her wheelchair. She reached up to open the door, to let herself inside the house.

Hibiscus, Amalthea, and Po came out of their poke balls while the two women hugged to visit with Vega. "Estelle, I'm glad that you are here now. I understand that you needed to get him situated after teleporting back here. Did you tell him about me willing to buy two meals from which ever restaurant he chooses, anywhere in Alola yet?" She asked her friend, not wanting to answer the question that Estelle asked her.
"It's been an ocean of chaos today and something tells me this only the beginning. Hanging in there as much as I can though." Selene said to Estelle as the group pokemon danced together. "Let's walk towards the canyon while we talk so we can have some time alone before the rest of the crew gets here." Selene said before spotting a certain pokemon linguist head towards Kahiau's place. She smirked slightly before speaking again. "It also give Deanna and Kahiau some time alone together before Professor Hazel arrives." She took her friend's hand into hers and pulled her further down the path before Deanna could call out to them.

✨ Kɑɧiɑʋ 💫 Aɗélɑɾɗ 💫 Beɑʋɱσɳt ✨ Kahiau had the kitchen window opened and heard Estelle calling out to Selene. He looked out the window in time to see the two hugging.'I'm so grateful for Estelle for being Selene's best friend. If they hadn't been met at the pokemon school and then took the island challege together in the first place, I don't know if Selene would have been able to... No, I can't think like that.' He thought before letting out a sigh. Sometimes his mind start going down paths he didn't want to go down.
After seeing Selene lead Estelle off, he began working on slicing some berries. Then he heard a familair voice talking to her pokemon. He looked out the window to see Deanna and her pokemon arriving. Kahiau cleaned his hands and then made his way to the front door. Before Deanna could open the door herself, he opened the door open for her.
" Hey Deanna, come in and get comfortable. Thanks for coming tonight, Selene going to need some moral support." He said as she came into the house. " I'm sure you already figured out that something happened today. There were multiple things but main thing is that Sly is back in Alola and the two met this morning, due to Po following Sly's scent." Kahiau admitted to her before closing the door after she and her pokemon were inside the house.

"A walk sounds nice." Estelle replied to Selene's suggestion. The Pokémon astronomer couldn't help but smile, seeing her Clefairy reunite with her friends in Selene's party. "Caroli, Acrux, Rigil, Toliman, come say say 'Hi.'" Estelle said, calling out most of her own team. The Minior (Caroli), Solrock (Rigil), and Lunatone (Toliman) happily twirled about in the air, while the Metagross (Acrux) scooped up Po, Vega, and Hibiscus in a big hug. "I did tell Elio about your offer." Estelle answered her friend's earlier query. "But it was after we'd already teleported, so thinking about food just made him want to barf more. I'm sure he'll take you up on it once he's feeling better, though." I definitely need to hear more about this 'ocean of chaos' Sly brought on. She thought to herself. But right now there's something else I need to know about. "So what's going on with Kahiau and Deanna?" She asked with a knowing grin.

Deanna Hansen- The Pokemon Linguist Deanna saw Selene dragging Estelle off, figuring that was her cue to definitely go talk to Kahiah first. Maybe the two girls had some things to discuss themselves, why they didn't stay near the house. As her hand was about to touch the handle for the door, it swung open, revealing the very man she had come to speak to. She guessed that he must have heard her approaching, so had gotten to the door before she could open it. She allowed Icicle to push her into the house and get her close to the table. She could see the berries that Kahiah had been working on, before she arrived. A soft smile came to her lips, hearing him thank her for coming, though listened intently as he spoke about his sister needing moral support. So it hadn't been her imagination that something had upset her friend then, she had picked up on that correctly. She nodded her head, letting him know she had indeed figured out something had happened, it was just the what she was clueless about. A gasp came from her when she heard Po finding Sly, who was back in Alola. " I take it that this meeting this morning did not go well at all. If it had, Selene would have been a lot happier than she was when she got in touch with me. I picked up on the tone of her voice, even if she tried hiding her emotions from me. Not only that, I sensed it, but didn't know Sly was the reason. What happened?"Deanna asked. She wondered how long Sly had been back and why he hadn't come to speak to Selene before. She knew what happened the last time they had seen each other, how Selene had felt.

A small frown came on her face at that before hearing out Estelle had to say about Elio's reaction. Selene chuckled loudly at that. "Oh man, I wished I could have been there to see his reaction to that! Make sure that he knows that he can pick anywhere he wants to eat, no matter how expensive or cheap it might be. It's my treat to the both of you, considering I had asked y'all to cut your trip shorter than expected like this." Selene said with a warm smile on her face.
"Them? At this rate, I'll die of old age and as a old maid before they get together. It's so frustrating to watch them dance around it, on and off since I got back." Selene said with a frustrated sigh at the end. "Considering my non existent love life, I guess I can't say too much about their relationship not going beyond friendship at this point." She frowned before sitting down on Cœur D'or. " Then again there's the whole thing with Sly but I.... Distortion World... At least he did say he was sorry for everything before he left me at the Pokemon Center...." She trailed off, not knowing what to say as she knew Estelle knew how she still felt about him, after all that has happened in the past. Selene knew that Sylvester Merrimack was her Kryptonite, and seeing him today was a blunt reminder of that fact....
