BALLOON POP

The gnome HAD run rather fast. Apparently someone else was going to have to take over for a bit? Who knew. "I'm certain." No need for a repeat performance from Mia to prove any points. And he had enough animals in his room.
Either way, after Mia had helped with one last piece he hadn't seen and suddenly seemed rather bashful about it. To which he wasn't exactly sure why and merely tilted his head a bit while offering a smiling. "Thanks for taking it out." He'd rather not walk around with food on him thank you.
And then after a bit more walking she spotted the holy grail of all booths. Darts. His tail wagged a few times at the sight of it, even without trying to. He rather liked darts and would have tried the hard level regardless of Mia's choice, but she seemed confident. She'd even taken down one of the balloons. "That was a good shot." He himself gave it a try a moment later only doing marginally better. Still good enough though.
"Not too bad? Do you want another try?"

BALLOON POPBalloons, just like at Scarentines. That's where AJ had decided to take her next, and Maple tried very hard not to groan; because she felt she was really terrible at all of this.
But, she knew what to do - and at least it seemed to have different mechanics this time - and after her beautifully dressed date took his turn, she began to throw her own darts on the beginner and easiest part.

BALLOON POP"Y-you d-did m-much b-better th-than I would h-have," AJ didn't seem as down as she might have been if she had attempted one of the higher levels, but Maple still wanted to attempt to cheer him on his actions. Because she thought it was impressive, and she had only tried to do the beginning level once again rather than attempt something a little more challenging.
She hadn't even won anything for her efforts, which she had expected and had wondered when the bad luck would creep its way back to her. Well, apparently now.
"D-did you w-want to t-try s-something else?" There were a few more games, and as she had seen even a few other areas. Maple didn't have it in her to really tote him around though, and still left it completely up to him.
Meegane I think this is the last one xD Though, I might just have Maple get the nerve and drag him around *eyebrow wiggle*

Rikki ducked into the huge tent with Danny's hand in his and bypassed the huge crowd pulsating to music from a guitar that he would recognize anywhere. Rikki didn't need to get sweaty and gross in a crowd of gyrating body to support his bro - Roch was doing well enough on his own. Instead he tugged his ghoulfriend toward the games immediately, grinning widely like a child. "Come on, let's play games. I wanna win you something."
If keeping away from the dance floor also served to keep Danny to himself for a little longer, well, he couldn't really be blamed.

It was time to play some games. Awwww yis. Not that it would be easy when she was laughing really hard, squeaking away with every step she walked.

Terra looked around, curiously and excitedly. "There is a duck pond, and a ring toss and a hammer hitting game, and I think they are popping balloons over there, and shooting targets with water guns!" she said. "Which should we try first? The duck pond? It will be interesting, no?"
She totally wanted to try the duck pond. It was CALLING to her. As was everything else!

Angeline half-bounced on Terra's arm. "What do I do for the duck pond game? I think I can do anything as long as you aim me in the right direction!" she assured.

BALLOON POPOf course Molan would do well. Molan was her hero.
She watched with awe as he popped two balloons, and clasped her hands together with glee.
"Go Molan!" She nodded, wanting to prove herself to him, and picked up another set of darts, and...
Missed completely.
... at least she still got a ticket for her first attempt.

Terra let out a giggle--because, seriously, the honking was funny! Then she tugged Angeline over to the duck pond. "We just need to pick up one of the ducks and see what they have on their legs, I think," she said. Then she reached out, grabbing for one of them. "They are right in front of you and down," she added.

Terra's giggling had Angeline laughing all the more. Honk honk honk honk.
One of the ducks quacked at her in accusation. Watch your language, young lady. it seemed to say. Which just made it all the easier for Angeline to find it and pick it up. The already offended duck proceeded to bite the s**t out of her fingers, causing her to drop it with a shriek of surprise.

He watched as she tried again, with a lot less luck sadly. Even if she had been rather pleased with his first display and even cheered him on. It was likely a good thing he wasn't the boasting type though."A little practice and it'll be easy." Not that his second attempt at throwing the darts proved anything. They'd both gotten worse, by trying again so... well perhaps it hadn't helped. Yes, best not to comment on that.
"Well... a bit more practice than that anyway?" At least he'd done on par with her the second time so neither had to feel bad? He offered a smile as he shrugged a bit helplessly at that and they were each issued their one ticket. Because they had at least hit something the first time. "Shall we then?" He offered, obviously not the least bit bothered by any of it.
He'd get revenge on the balloons later. For now, it would be best not to dwell. "It looks like there's one other game over there?" He offered, tilting his head as they went in that direction.

"It was a very misbehaving duck!" Angeline asked, showing Terra her fingers (which were fine). "I think they're alright. They just hurt a little." she assured before she moved to make another attempt at picking up a duck.
Apparently all that honking she was doing was very offensive to ducks, however. Because she got bitten.
