Akuma: Threatening probably won't work, I'd laugh and walk away... Knocking someone unconscious could work

So does that mean there will never be Super Saiyans or they will just not be common and only in special cases

They will be extremely uncommon as in only one would exist if we were to allow any... It would be in the distant future as well. There will not be any true Super Saiyans (as in mod created) anytime soon for sure.

Roty: Also keep in mind that this guild only has Hybrid Saiyans, with 300 years of being diluted by human DNA. So at this point the 'Saiyan' race on Earth is only that in name and with a few of the Saiyan characteristics (i.e. Longer Prime, tails, ect). So it would be rather hard to have enough Saiyan in your blood to actually allow you to become Super Saiyan.

I was looking in the Paprika Wasteland, and noticed the Alliance Fusion. But it is listed as a Naturon only...is that correct?

That wasn't the intention. It was intended for the user and one other willing body.
does the wording appear as such? I hadn't thought I wrote it to look as any other way.

The first time I read it, it had sounded like that, that the Naturon could fuse any two characters, and the user of the technique took control. Made me think I could fuse two other characters, and then Naturon would have a puppet or something. But I see now.
