Raikou Bunshin no Jutsu (Lightning Clone Technique)
Description: This technique makes a simple clone of the shinobi however unlike the standard bunshin, which is a genjutsu, this bunshin takes an actual physical form through the use of electrically charged chakra. One can easily touch and hold this clone like it was in fact an actual person, however when it is attacked it quickly disperses into smoky, hot air. It is also able to attack using taijutsu, however it's ability to attack is around 1/10 in perspective to the user, in return for this weakness it's attacks deliver shocks of electricity to the opponent's body.
Teikou no Kuntou (Electricity Resistance Training)
Description: While not necessarily a technique that must be taken, most Cloud-nin are taught this at the Academy. As most know electricity in general is a deadly and somewhat scarce element, generally one could only collect the necessary electricity necessary to perform techniques if they were fighting in the middle of a thunderstorm, or near an electrical source. However current training standards in the academy show how a cloud-nin tends to make electricity through the use of chakra, turning most Cloud-nin in to human capacitors, technically. The process is generally quite painful and requires about 5 months of mental and physical conditioning to resist the charges you activate onto your body. As it is written, this technique is optional. A person who doesn't take this skill will generally feel pain when even performing their own electricity based techniques, also one who tends to take this ability tends to notice that minor shocks generally do not hurt them as badly.
Raiton: Raikou Boruto no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Bolt Technique)
Description: A simple technique in concept and execution, in which the user performs the necessary handseals and then emits a short bolt of lightning from his or her hand. This is a simple bolt, akin to a fireball, as opposed to being a continuous stream. On impact, the target will suffer minor electric shocks.
Raikou Henge no Jutsu (Lightning Transformation Technique)
Description: This technique, while being a branch of Henge no Jutsu, allows the user to transform in a way they never dreamed of. When performing this skill, the user transforms into an extremely quick 'strand' of lightning. In this quick state, nothing is done slowly - everything is in a rush for the user. However, this strand of lightning is incapable of changing directions on its own. It can only change directions by bouncing off another object, such as a tree or a boulder, but the user is capable of bouncing off in any angle they wish to. It is not recommended using this technique in a field with little objects to bounce off of. The Henge automatically dissipates when the user makes contact with a living target. Being in a state similar to lightning, the user plunges completely into their target, and ends up in their physical state on the other side of their opponent. In addition to giving the target a painful electrical shock, this skill may or may not paralyze their opponent. Because of the fast speeds associated with this skill, the user will feel dizzy, confused, and often nauseous for some time afterwards.
Raiton: Raikou Jishaku no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Magnet)
Description: This jutsu creates electrical clouds around the area that attract metal, any metal projectiles thrown will be altered because of the clouds. This can be dangerous for both parties.
Raiton: Seiteki Chikara no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Static Force)
Description: This jutsu utilizes electricity in order to create static electricity within the hands, this static electricity can have nearbye things float to the users hands or repel things away with their hands.
Raiton: Denshi no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Electron Technique)
Description: After the hand seals are completed, a crackling, sparking sphere of yellow electricity appears in the user's hands. The user can than toss this forward, where it will hit the target and electrocute them. Being a lightning Jutsu, it is quite powerful for its rank. However, it swerves as it flies through the air, making it difficult to aim and making it more likely to miss the farther the user is from the target. It is a very basic Jutsu
Raiton: Yaiba no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Blade Technique)
Description: This skill allows the user to charge chakra in the form of electricity in the palm. Then, the chakra eventually works up to the fingers, where a blade of electricity is formed between the index and middle finger. The blade is very thin, and depending on the user's chakra, anywhere from 8 inches to a foot long. It is around 2 to 3 inches wide, and it lacks a hilt. The blade is held between the fingers, but as soon as it is let go, the blade vanishes into thin air. The strength of this blade isn't as strong as a normal blade, as it is nowhere as dense or as heavy. But because the blade is very thin, it is capable of doing some major damage, if used properly. However, this blade can also hurt the user, anywhere except for the fingers where the blade is held.
Raiton: Raikou Hitofuki no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Blast Technique)
Description: An upgraded version of Lightning Bolt, this jutsu works the same way except now it is a continuous blast of electricity. The blast can be ended prematurely by the user. A target hit by this technique will experience quite painful electric shocks, however they are still relatively minor.
Raiton: Raikou Shunshin (Lightning Release: Lightning Instantaneous)
Description: When performing this technique, the user does a single seal, (Bird), and the user disappears in a wisp of electricity. The maximum the user can travel is a radius of 1 mile from where they are standing, but they must be able to visualize the area in their head. This technique can be used in escaping combat, and also to travel to some extent. However, when this is used to escape combat, this cannot be used when the user is attacked or is attacking.
Katon
Ichi (Fire Release: One)
Description: The basic building block of a great many techniques down the line, this is presumably the very same skill that began the study of Katons. Molding their chakra through a simple seal of any choice, the user is able to focus it onto the tip of their index finger in the form of heat. With this, they can cut through things such as glass and rope with some difficulty. However, at this stage, control of one’s chakra is so minimal that this technique can only be used by one finger and essentially has no combat use.

Description: A basic genjutsu in the sense that what it does is very simple, however it is an illusion that is set up for the target, but also an illusion that the user himself self notices. Flashing a series of signs the user "primes" an area or object with a conditional genjutsu. Whenever someone crosses the said area or tampers with said object loud thunder is sounded and can be heard well from everywhere. While partially unsettling for most people who were just walking around or touching something the genjutsu does nothing more then alert the setter of this genjutsu that someone set off one of his signals.

Sennen Goroshi [One Thousand Years of Pain]
Description: An end-all Taijutsu maneuver involving just the first two fingers of each hand extended together and then driven into the a** of the ninja's opponent. Surprising and painful, this technique not only inflicts damage, but also thoroughly humiliates the ninja's opponent. Anyone with fingers and no morals can use this technique. A variation of this jutsu is also used with a kunai and explosive tags.
Dainamikku-Entori [Dynamic Entry]
Description: This is simply a flying jump kick straight at the enemy. Usually used as an opening or surprise attack.
Youjitsuba [Spitting Toothpick]
Description: A Taijutsu technique where the ninja spits a toothpick out of their mouth. Attacking in this manner, while the enemy is normally focusing on your hands, provides a small element of surprise, but with much more effectiveness when used following a distraction.
Houshou [Crushing Fist]
Description: A taijutsu technique where the ninja palm strikes their enemy, hurling them away. With impressive strength, this technique could be quite devastating. This move is capable of knocking an opponent approximately 30-40 feet back.

Mitsuo stepped into the room, listening intently to his the conversation the grown-ups were having. Slipping behind the table, Mitsuo eyed his dad; Fyuyin Shizari was a terribly stern man, and did not like Mitsuo listening in to conversations "for adults." Mitsuo did not care, not today. Something was wrong.
Mitsuo all but feared his dad. The man was stern, his punishments harsh. All Mitsuo ever wanted to do was to impress his dad, but never truly succeeded. He was sub-par in everything his dad had taught him, from kunai throwing to basic combat skills. Mitsuo hated fighting...but it was his dad's job, and it was expected of Mitsuo too.
Fyuyin Shizari never cried, ever. Even while Mitsuo balled his eyes out about his mother's death, Fyuyin just stared. However, Mitsuo had noticed something odd about his dad for a while: He allowed Mitsuo to slack, he was less stern. It was as if Fyuyin was crying, with no actual tears. He was mourning with no woe. Mitsuo admired his strenght, even as the very thought of his mother sent him into an endless sea of tears.
Mitsuo adjusted himself to see better into the room. It was then he noticed the body bag, lying upon the floor. There were two other men, with Fyuyin, and Mitsuo recognized them too. These were the men his dad went out on missions with. These were his teammates. His comrads.
"Norega...we will always remember him. His sacrifice shall not be forgotten.
The voice came from a man named Kazuto, who knelt on the floor, covering his face. Mitsuo watched his dad turn away from his team, away from the body bag. It was then Mitsuo noticed something that truly change his world: his father was crying. "There was no medical-nin." It was the other man, who's name Mitsuo had forgotten. No medical ninja? Mitsuo wasn't quite sure what that meant, but already he had decided one thing:
If the death of a teammate had caused his father to reduce to tears, a man who had not cried at the death of his wfe, and a medical ninja could have saved him, then Mitsuo would grow up and become the best medical-nin there is. He would strive to make sure no ninja ever felt the pain his father was feeling. He would make sure his father never cried again.

Mitsuo's life, in general, was pretty boring, save for this one instance. This is his driving force, this is who he is.
