Once she reached the gates to Lokchaos the whole realm was there cheering for her return, glad to be home she is taken to the middle where Queen Yuki stood waiting for her with a smile,"Young assaliant of the Dark Rose, we are pleased you have returned and are alive, please come with me to the palace I must speak with you." The two walk into the throne room where Yuki stands and puts her arms on Hitomi's shoulders,"Tell me this much, who are you, its like I've seen you before from long ago ever since I saw your face,but I must know,..the trith of you." Hitomi was shaking she didnt know how to go on but scared she spoke soft,"I'm....I'm your older ....sister you majesty." Yuki eyes widened and backs away,"How can this be I was told I was born as an only child how can you, be my sister."


At that point Yuki stares down her thinking if this is for real,"Perhaps its, no! it cant be just cant." Hitomi looks up close to tears and takes out the moon bracelet,"This look familer to you, it was given to us- I mean me when I was born." Looking to the moon Yuki shakely goes to her arm where she kept a bracelet with a black moon attatched,Could you come closer young lady, I need to see something." Hitomi nods and takes her bracelet next to Yuki's and was shocked at the sight, the cresants begin to spin and glow a dark red as they connected.

Amazed Yuki sees Hitomi's locket and asked to see it, feeling alright with it she takes it off and hand it to her, upon opening it she eyes the picture of her as a child along with the one of Hitomi, Yuki's eyes start to tear looking up,"Hitomi?" she nods a yes,"Yes Yuki, I'm Hitomi, you older sister." At that point the two grasp in a hug Yuki crying in happiness,"Oh my god I cant believe all this time....my older sister...I have a sister!"

It had been almost a month since Yuki found out the truth she had a sister, though it was a joyous reunion but it was bittersweet with the destruction of Atlantis, she didnt know if Vertusk was killed along with the others but she wasnt sure. Yuki had to keep it together having to show her true form not long ago which question her own self, was she being taken over by the dark powers. She watches on each day and sees Hitomi training in the fields with her knives and needles,"She has so much determination but for what, as an assasian? she is more then that I can tell." Yuki walks to the fields and sees Everest watching her new aunt as she practiced, yuki kneels next to her.


Hitomi spots them and takes a moment to rest,"I know it looks inhuman but its the only skills I know, I'm not like you Yuki, your able to channel magic as I....I just can be a human." Hitomi feels her grag her hand, Yuki's face was mad,"Dont say that true you were born half but you have demon in your veins, you just havent tapped into your ability." Yuki thought of an idea and smirks "You know what you should come along with me, J and Eve, I'm training her to control her fighting and with practice you can possibly find your ability."


Hitomi nods and hugs her but her smile vanishes quickly, thinking of the upcoming Quell she was starting to get scared.Yuki senses her worries but keeps a smile,"You'll do well, its not like the others you were in, the rules are different so perhaps it wont be as brutal. You'll see sis and come on you my big sister anything is possible." Hitomi tilts her head nods in agreement, all three get up and head back to the palace.

Hitomi paces most of the time and the Quell coming up fast, Yuki worried everytime she saw her in the same spot everytime pacing in the same direction,"Hitomi your worried about the upcoming Quell arnt you? its in your body language." she nods but looks to the horizon,"Its true been half a year so far, its getting close and it makes me sick thinking about it all the chaos and blood." Yuki watched and listen it was all sje really could do,she leaves her sister and goes back to her duties hoping she would snap out of it. One she thought she was alone, Hitomi sighed,"The last tome I was proving myself to Yuki, why is it she is so kindhearted when father was alive thigs were....different, but with Yuki shes the oppoisite with the dark powers."


Hitomi never could really tell much about Yuki's authority but knew she was her opposite, Yuki was kind and only showed anger when it was needed, her on the other hand showed anger all the time and show little sympathy, perhaps it was how she was trained but it angered her more. "This anger, I use it far too much but I cant stop, since the Quell all I can feel is rage and thrills of a kill, like that of a monster." Hitomi pounds her fist into the window breaking through curses then walk back to the field to train in the dark.

As she continue to practice leaps Yuki watches from her chamber sadden to see her in misery,"The poor girl, her life seems just as bad as my childhood was only not with seeing death so much, she caused death and doesnt feel for it." She tears a little and looks away in agony but looks up curious of an idea,"Perhaps if I do this....she'll have confidence for- yeah this should work."Once outside Yuki comes out with a bundle wrapped in her arm and calls out for Hitomi, not getting an answer goes into the field but reaches out grabbing a nearby needle.

Hitomi comes out of hiding smiling,"Damn sister you got some sharp eyes and reflexes." Rolling her eyes Yuki gives it back,"Yes quite well put when you say it but theres something I want to give you, it might give you some confidence in youself." she hands the bundle to Hitomi and she unwraps the binding and froze,"Yuki, this...this is...no I cant accept this from you its..." Hidden in the bundle was a kitsune mask, it was Yuki's, decorated with purple and black and the dark black moon, Hitomi almost cried. Yuki whispers to her,"You need this more then I do, wear it with pride and you'll always make me proud" Hitomi looks to her holding tight to the mask,"I will Yuki, I wont let you down, I'll wear it with pride for you.

Tension rose as the Quell came closer each day, Hitomi learned well how to improve her running and camoflage. She continued to train till she collasped and Yuki had to find her, the bond they share was strong for only seeing each other for only one year. Hitomi wasnt as far as scared but determined to the approaching game, each day she wore Yuki's kitsune mask everytime she trained and felt like most things were accomplished,"This is it, its finally come to the breaking point....I must not let anything get in my way. Each day before dawn she practiced agility, speed, and leaps, everytime she grew stronger.


During the afternoon practice Everest comes down running urgent to get to her,"Aunt Hitomi, mommy needs to see you it's urgent for you." Alarmed Hitomi follows her and goes into the throneroom where Yuki and Sara waited, angered she shouts,"Why is she here, what now, trying to take over again." Yuki lifts her hand to shush her already weak from the levels of energy,"Sister please listen to what she has to say, you need to know this." Hitomi growls but listens to what Sara had to say about the new rules of the Quell, she didnt like them at all. Sara looks to Yuki and nods then she leaves.

"How the hell am I suppose to do if the only weapons I know have been with me all this time." Hitomi grew angry but seeing Yuki looking tired and calmed herself. Slowly Yuki came up to her,"I know its changed but what did I say to you before, things will change and perhaps it might get better. zyour my big sister, I know you can solve any problem thst why I trust you with my mask." Looking down at it Hitomi thinks and nods,"Youre right I can do this, small set back but I can do this." "Thats my older sis! anything is possible" Yuki replies weakly but knew she was right on this one.

It had finally came the day of the Quell, all of Lokchaos was silent as Yuki and Hitomi walked across the gate waiting for the departure. Hitomi had changed slightly becoming more muscled from her trained yet she nearly looked smaller then before. The two walked calmly and finally stops and Yuki looks to her, This is it Hitomi, I know the feeling your experienceing and its strong but fear not if you keep to the goal you'll thrive." Hitomi nods nervous of the ordeal to come, her mind was thinking the negative but Yuki eases her fears. "I know you doubting yourself, well dont, we will not think of you as a failure for what you do, it the choices you make and the challenges youll overcome that will keep us going."


She nods again finally feeling that when she failed the last time it didnt matter,"Remember this Hitomi, we are proud no matter what, all of the ream honors you for being so brave to even enter this, that a sign of a strong heart." Hitomi looks up confused,"Yuki, your the strongest being of the realm, I cant outbeat you for my life, you the stronger one." Yuki shakes her head,"It may be true her in the shadow realm but I have to use, you however use your own strength and look at it, with normal abilities you have the ways of a skilled assasian, nothing could beat that." At that point she was right, Hitomi had used her own abilities to get where she was,Perhaps Yuki is right, all this time.


The time came for both sisters to be separated once again, Yuki looks to her sister one last time and smiles,"You'll be fine, I know you will part of me will be with you at all times just call to me." Hitomi nods and bows her head as Yuki puts her mask on her,"Its like I'm looking in the mirror, full blooded or not your still a Nightshade kitsune to my eyes...now go out there and best of luck sister." Hitomi nods to Yuki,"I thank you Yuki, I will not let you down as your big sister, farewell little sister." She nods and they hug one last time before Hitomi goes off for the Quell.

The enviorment was difficult for Hitomi to manage with, each tree she tried to climb was impossible especially with it her advantages. She was able to grab a few knives and pouch tied to her belt, wasnt much for her for now but things would be ok as long as her eyes and ears were sharp. Instead Hitomi uses the shrubs to stay hidden but watched close for possible fights, all she could really hear was rustling every each way and the sounds of the canons, since the last blast she heared three more. "Damn thats fast, ten already and the game barely started." As she came out of hiding a end of a sword met her back,"That was fast too."

She turns and sees him swing high but misses by an inch to her neck, taking out one of the knives Hitomi dives under him coming right behind him. He didnt hear her even going down, one of the things she practiced was silenting her footing, not even turning all the way she digs the knife to his neck and leaps off as he fell dead. Looking up she hears another blast mainly from her kill but presses off in a sprint getting out of her old spot.

The humid night air grew more dense as the night went on, silence wasnt impossible as the jungle was active with sounds of fighting and weapons used. Hitomi lay hidden near the water making a bed from branches and vine, she uses a large leaf to collect water and found edible leaves to eat off on though soon she'd have to find a difference source to keep up. Keeping her mask on she looks to the sky wondering what was the palace doing,"I wonder is Yuki can hear me, she said we have a strong bond so it shouldnt be hard, she probably still thinks she sent me off on a suicide mission." Hitomi wanders in her head and thinks of the day she told the truth, she was about to drift to sleep before a blast spooked her,"Sixteen now, what a start to the game, yeah right." She tries to doze off but covers herself in a few large leaves to stay hidden. Though it was humid in her hidden bed it was the safest thing she could do till the morning came. Hitomi stares out of her mask looking at the top cracks from the leaves seeing the sky before drifting asleep.

Hitomi woke up in the morning but waited till noon to actually come around, rising from her spot it felt like a sauna all night. Sweat was all over her face she couldnt tell if she sweated or she was drenched in water as she slept,"Warm and humid a nice mix for misery and discomfort. At least its not snowing." Hitomi goes and gathers water to drink then finds small fruits growing nearby and stashes a few in her pouch. Not much had started since she came out but she was high alert to everything, a blast is heared not too long and Hitomi hears footsteps.

Behind her she sees a woman two knives in hand smiling,"Well well is it isnt a little fox girl, I'll make think quick and as painful possible." Hitomi's eyes glare behind her mask but watches every move,"I'm not your average fox girl, I'm much more then that." she smirks and comes at her going different directions trying to confuse her. Hitomi watches close and sees shes in her left and grabs a dagger out to block with, one by one the two lock blades and try and predict the next motion. She hits the woman in the shoulder but she lifts Hitomi pinning her to the ground.

As she tries to stab her neck Hitomi uses her legs to kick her off and leaps away from her, just as she lands the woman lunges at full speed. Hitomi dives to the shrubs and stays hidden, she watches the other woman as she looks around to find her but she smirks under the mask. Once the other woman turned her back she sprint out jabbing her knife into her killing her on contact. Another blast is heared then Hitomi takes the woman's pack and runs out of sight.
