Darkpaw looked at Rosepetal, then shot a look at Pebblestar. "It was from training. When we were fighting, Pebblestar sent me backward into two trees, and I guess that's when I started spewing out blood. Pebblestar thought that I was fine, and continued attacking me." He smiled at Daypaw. "Honestly, stop worrying about me so much. I'm fine." He managed to say before coughing out blood. He twitched his tail at Daypaw, flicking her forehead to make sure she wouldn't continue worrying about him.

Pebblestar couldn't help but admit that Darkpaw was right. She told Rosepetal of how she thought it was nothing, before lying down, out of her way.
Daypaw nodded to Darkpaw. She sat back and let Rosepetal do her work.
Rosepetal shook her head. These two....
"Well, Pebblestar, you can't play that way when training." She scolded. "StarClan knows how you, kin of that fool-hearted tom could ever be leader! Darkpaw, lie down, and I'll see what I can do. If you just got thrown against a tree, you'll be fine, but you musn't move."
Rosepetal padded away, bringing out a few balls of moss. "This will make you comfortable until the internal bleeding stops."

((I've been trying to hint at it for a bit, but this will really be funny.))
Darkpaw sat back down, exhausted, but he really didn't want to sit back down. He flicked his tail for Daypaw's attention. "Could you just stay by my side?" He mewed. He'd wanted to have Daypaw around him for a while, but staying quiet was the best he could do then. He wanted Daypaw to know how he felt about her.

((I know, but seeing as how my characters are never ones to pick up on anything of a social basis... XD All smarts, but no street smarts I tell ya!))
Daypaw got up and settled down, close to Darkpaw, just as he wished.
Rosepetal flicked her ears, showing the other cats out.

"No problem, Darkpaw," Daypaw mewed. She began to groom his ears, feeling it was the least she could do for him since he wasn't going to be able to move for awhile.

Daypaw noticed that Darkpaw seemed uneasy, and she stopped grooming his ears.
"Do you need something? Are you in pain?" she asked.

Darkpaw flinched in surprise. What now? His eyes flickered uneasily and he shook his head. "No, nothing hurts. I'm fine." He mewed. He tried to sound serious, but his eyes looked too sad to show that he was serious.

((AUUUGGGHHH!!!! THE SAINTS ARE PLAYING DIRTY!!! They're sacking Brett Farve constantly, and trying to injure him and get him out of the game so they can win! THAT'S ILLEGAL!!!! AND THE REFS ARE FOR THE SAINTS!!!! Sorry, just had to vent there.))

((Yeah... Saints won.... Although, with all the fumbles after Brett constantly getting sacked (my bad, sacked is the wrong word because that's LEGAL), I guess I understand..... T^T))
Daypaw's eyes widened, and she forced herself to nod. What was he going to say?

Darkpaw flicked his tail at Pebblestar and Rosepetal. "I'm fine now, can I go to the apprentice's den?" He growled, shooting a look at Daypaw, hoping that she would understand.
(( eek I have no clue what you guys are talking about. blaugh Oh, and I got permission to roleplay for Shadowfrost.))
Shadowfrost padded back into the camp, dropping off his fresh-kill, and padded into the medicine cat den, where he heard some sound. He looked at his half-brother in surprise. "What happened?"

((Good 'ol American football; NFL, NFC championships. Since the Vikings (Twin Cities, Minnesota) lost, the Saints (New Orleans, Lousiana) are going to play the Colts (Indianapolis, Indiana) for the Superbowl on the sixth or fourteenth of February.))
"It was a training accident," Daypaw meowed, knowing that her leader already felt guilty enough. She glanced worriedly between the TwilightClan leader, and Shadowfrost before padding after Darkpaw to the den.
Rosepetal let out a sigh, "Stubborn as ever."
