The Midget Saint_Oriel Snowy Zombie (( AGH RECRUIT ME SO I CAN DO SOMETHING! )) [You can play the actor friends of Murphy's as well as a random character in the garden place that the Cheshire Cat took Ace. -nodnod- And ALL of the actors are Rebels. The problems the King is causing are bad for business. xD] Murphy grinned and took a swig of tea. "I know, right?" And winked.Mae snickered. "Oh my god, he's hitting on her." Snicker.Tommy grinned at Mae. "It would appear so."Jenny smiled. "Are they gonna get married and have kids?!" she asked excitedly, peeking oout from under her mushroom.Fred turned his back on them and shook himself like a dog. He hated being wet. "Well, if they do, they need to go play slap-and-tickle elsewhere!" he muttered grumpily.Luna tilted her head to the side. "Fred, what's slap-and-tickle?""Another term for sex," Tommy responded briskly, trying and failing to bring an end to the subject."Wow. That's even worse that 'get a room'. Geez, Fred, is the rain getting to you? The Rabbit has an umbrella he may let you use, if you ask nice," Luna suggested kindly. Marie tried to mask the light blush on her cheeks with a frown. "You didn't listen to all that I said. What are you going to do during our little play so that the NRG thing doesn't ruin everything." Luna quickly scrambled down before anyone would notice she was floating. However, she instinctively leaned into Tommy, who began absent-mindedly rubbing her back through his leather coat. He took off his glasses and wiped them on Luna's shirt, where the promptly appeared in invisible hands, and then replaced them.

Doon Grunted as the man in the hat slapped him, he was not one to get slapped and let anyone get away with it, even when it came down to family especially family. " a*****e" he yelled and lunged at the man before he could finish the last word of his sentence. He got in one good punch to the side on the guys face before he felt Lexi's hand on his shoulder.
"Doon, stop he was just trying to defend him self, you landed right on him, judging by your actions you would have done the same thing."
Her touch and her words soothed him, he was still pissed off but Lexi was right. The last thing he wanted was for her to judge him He stood up and held his hand out to the man, with his other hand he fingered the crescent shape that was shaved into his hair.. " Sorry man it was an accident...The whole pummeling in to ya thing... Sorry about your face,I just don't like being slapped around, I get that enough at home. Truce?"
There was something not right about the man's demeanor when he spoke of the wedding. Although Lexi was a space case she was not stupid. And she was not a stranger to the patronizing tone he was using, for her mother used it on her a lot. It was the same tone she used when she was telling her about Fairwood. The way he said "King" suggested that the last thing on his mind was for the wedding to be extra special and perf-oof. But like always she decided to play along fight fire with fire, so to speak.
She smiled like a dimwit and replied. "Oh I do love weddings, though I have never been in one, I mean of course not or I would be married. But seriously I have never been a brides maid or even a flower girl for that matter. Well I can sing and dance. My mother put me through lessons because she thought it would help my "condition".
Oh yeah my name is Lexi or Alex I answer to both. And that's Doon he helped me escape the asylum."
She brushed a wet ebony tress out of her face, and flashed her normal warm smile at Marie.
Doon furrowed his brow in confusion, Lexi was acting weird, well weirder than usual.

"Somehow, I just knew you'd end up in a place this." Marie shook her head at Lexi and sighed before turning to Murphy. "What about the Wizard of Oz-?" Marie paused and licked her lips.
"....Why does the rain tast like orange marmalade? Does that always happen?"
"Ok, I'll just put you right here..." Cheshire muttered, propping Ace against a tree. "And then-crap!"
Cheshire ducked behind the tree. In the distance, he saw that blasted girl.
"Damnit, what's she doing here?"

Lexi smiled at Marie,
" Yeah if there was any place for me to end up it would be here. The Wizard of Oz! I love that play! I almost got to be Dorothy at the school's production of it freshman year, but the director was afraid I would forget to memorize the lines."
Lexi stuck out her tongue and caught a few rain drops on it. Her eyes went wide an were filled with wonder.
"It, it does! How wonderful, it didn't before...It must change! in class once I had a day dream where the rain tasted like orange marmalade, and there were eleven people just like there are now."
Her head tiled to the side and her face changed expressions like she was in a dreamlike state, her voice had a dreamy tone to it as well. She pictured the day dream in her minds eye and could see forms she was describing,it was like she was having the daydream all over again.
" Except we were all standing around a giant tree. It was half pink and purple stripes and half blue and red swirls that ran up the trunk. The leaves of the same design were on the opposite sides. On the swirly leaf side there were striped round fruit and on the stripe leaf side there were square swirl fruit. The square fruit was very savory and filled you up like a large meal, and the stripe fruit was very sweet like all the best desserts rolled in to one. And there were little dragon flies with razors for wings that pruned the tree and protected it from harmful bugs. They allowed us to take the fruit but if we were not careful and touched the leaves they would attack us. I drew a picture of it on my assignment the teacher took it and I tried to redraw it but I can't draw unless I'm not thinking about it..."
As she spoke a tree quickly sprouted and formed in the exact shapes and colors she was describing in the exact order. All this happened about 10-15 feet behind Lexi so she didn’t see it happen.Her expression turned to normal, she swiped away a tress of hair from her face. She heard the familiar sound of the Razgonflies and turned around. " Oh I guess this place has one of those trees too."
Doon was turned around as well facing toward the man in the hat so he did not witness the event either.

"Wait!" Luna said, looking up from Tommy's hand, which she had grabbed for comfort after Doon punched Murphy. "Which asylum?" she asked, hoping it was her own. Maybe if they had to go back, then they could be friends.
[Cheshire should SO steal Murphy's hat! It'll be the Cat in the Hat! xD]

(( What about Murphy's response to Doon? He did just get punched in the face after all...Sorry I was just waiting all day to see what his reaction would be...Xp))
Lexi smiled warmly at the young girl.
It is called Fairwood asylum. I wasn't committed to it or anything. Though I wouldn't put it past my parents though. You see Fairwood has a this experimental program that is for BD kids, my psychiatrist referred them to it. My parents told me that they would put me through a month long step by step program that would help me focus more, and not visit La la land so much. "
She snickered." Parents."
"Come to find out they were just going to put a chip in my head that would disable my imagination completely. So pretty much I was going to be a guinea pig. And my parents knew all about it.They told me it was what was best for me and that they loved me very much. That puts a whole new meaning to the saying "love hurts." But I found out and got the hell out of there before they could proceed with their funny business.... Sorry I tend to ramble on a lot. So why do you ask did you come from an asylum? Is that why we are all here cause we came from asylums? Marie I didn't know you were "Problematic." Do you have "tiny man" syndrome? And your parents thought they should butt in to? I don't think they send people to asylums for that though, unless you were running around the mall kicking tall people in the shins, all the while shouting I hate you, and you, and you, 6'9???! 6'9??? I'll show you! How does that feel now that your shins are bruised, don't feel so powerful an' tall now do ya?"
Lexi laughed so hard her milky skin turned bright red, the thought of Marie doing such a thing, just ticked her to the bone.

"You know, that's the second time you've suggested that." Marie smiled and shook her head. Lexi was always amusing.
"I just fell into a koi pond and now here I am." Marie suddenly got a thoughtful look on her face. She pulled on Murphy's sleeve, indicating that she wanted him to lower his head to her level.

Shyla looked up, in the middle of examining a rather peculiar looking flower, as she saw a butterfly drify past. She smiled and turned to watch it as it bounced along, floating on the slight breeze that drifted through the garden. She found it very pleasant here in this garden. She loved the flowers and all the plants there. The colors were swirling before her eyes creating a sort of collidascope.
Her mind came back to the present as she remember the butterfly. She spun in a circle trying to find out where it had gone. Disappointment filled her expression as she was unable to see it. Then a flash of color caught her eye and as she turned she caught sight of it heading towards the fountain. She moved to follow it, a smile lighting her face.
She skipped up to the fountain, following after the butterfly, like a duckling would follow a momma duck. She hopped nimbly up onto the rim of the fountain. She walked around it once, twice, and again, trailing after the butterfly as if in a trance. She giggled softly, her eyes sparkling with joy.

Luna laughed merrily. "I went to Fairwood too! But the the Rabbit showed up and brought my buddies and I here." She grinned at Lexi. "My parents thought I was the one who burned down the high school, y'know, Fairwood High?" Luna giggled again before calming down. "Actually, it was Fred," Fred waved at Lexi. "He's the pyromaniac." She had completely forgotten about the rest of what Lexi had said.
Murphy, of course, leaned down to listen to Marie. "Yes'm?"

Doon put his hand down and glared right back at him. "Well fine , don't accept my apology, but it still stands." Doon figured this was a good time as any to find a place to change. He searched around and saw a giant freaky looking tree with Dragonflies with razor like wing buzzing around it.
"Man this place is trip, Lex, I 'm going to change behind this tree." It didn't look like she heard him, she was too busy chattering with that Marie girl.
Doon went behind the tree and searched the bag for all his stuff and changed in to a rocker looking out fit with a leather jacket a tight black shirt and a studded collar with matching bracelets, as well as a pair of torn jeans. He pulled out his pack of smokes from his leather jacket, to his relief they were bone dry. He lit one up and walked back toward the group.
Lexi looked at Marie, "Oh yeah but that time it wasn't regarding an asylum." She gave Marie a look that screamed " duh I know what I'll taking about"
Lexi waved back at Fred. " Oh so you are the Loony Luna from the rumors." Lexi looked down at the ground, in embarrassment she shouldn't have said that."I don't think you are loony that's just what the kids would call you when they talked about the big fire. So he did it huh, well you did a very good job Fred it went up like a match."

Luna laughed as Fred grinned and acted all cocky, saying that he really was amazing. "Fred agrees. Oh, ancd I already knew about the nickname - the other kids would be mean and call me that all the time. But Tommy, Jenny, Mae, Jade, and Fred have always been there to love and care about me, so it doesn't affact me much." She smiled at Lexi.
The Rabbit was eyeing an orangish bread-and-butterfly that seemed to hover around Marie and Murphy. "We can discuss this on the way. We need to get back to the Palace. The King will be missing us." He began hopping away.
Murphy glanced at the White Rabbit, then back at Marie. "Not with that look on the White Rabbit's face." Louder, he said, "C'mon! Let's follow the White Rabbit." [Alice and Wonderland esc, much?]
Jade poked Jenny and Mae and motioned for them to follow him. "We're going to the Palace."
Jenny skipped along, holding Jade's hand. "The Palace? Is it pretty? Is it scary?"
Mae strode beside them, tugging Fred by the collar. "Probably both, Jenny. He wants to be prefect, but the also wants to inspire fear in his people."
Fred grinned maliciously. "It'll look pretty on FIRE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" And he cackled until Tommy popped him upside the head, causing Luna to giggle and ask him nicely to quit cackling because it was setting the White Rabbit on edge.
Jade shook his head. "Fred's not the problem. It's probably Seeker, the bread-and-butterfly." Luna looked at him oddly, tilting her head to the side. "Seeker was the Queen of Hearts' bread-and-butterspy. (<- Ha ha, get it?) He used to find out information for her, but she couldn't understand him, so Rabbit had to translate. Cheshire also understands him, but he doesn't usually corss paths with bread-and-butterflies." And 'oh' look crossed Luna's face and Jade smiled grimly. "God only knows what information he has for the King of Spades." They walked on in grim silence.

Cheshire peeked over the bush at Shyla and an evil smirk appeared on his face. He slowly faded, starting from his tail, before creeping over to where Shyla was walking around the edge of the fountain.
"Keh-hehehehe..." Cheshire tip-toed over to Shyla, taking a deep breath.
" *gasp* BOOOOOOOOO!!!!!"
(And now she should fall in =D)
"...Ok, this is totally not what we first talked about." Marie pouted and crossed her arms. "Why do you people always change your minds? First We're going to the palace, then we're going to a play, then we're going to the palace again! What, do you all have ADD? Because it's getting to be rather annoying."
"Now!" The King of Spades clapped his hands. "Adam, go fetch Shyla for her fitting. If we are to be wed tomorrow, the seamstresses will have to work extra hard."

Gleeker had been hovering around the group for awhile now. He had heard everything about the plans to assassinate the king. He was the bread and butterfly who bounced on the young man in the dress's ear, when the male otherworlder announced there was a group was in the distance, he went to investigate. Ohhh the king was going to be angry that his favorite toadie The white rabbit was planning against him. And he
saw the dark haired otherworlder create that huge tree and those god awful Razgonflies, that would certainly interest the king indeed. When the short otherworlder asked to whisper to Murphy, well he had to get closer. But his nosiness just got him spotted by that ungrateful rabbit, no matter because he was going to get to the king first. Gleeker just hoped that the king had been reading the bread and butterfly language for dummies book he had gotten him for his unbirthday.Gleeker flew toward the palace as fast as is little wings could go Meeping the mission impossible theme to himself.
" Well that's nice that you have friends to take care of you"
Lexi giggled at Fred as he strutted around. Doon tapped Lexi on the shoulder.
"Whats so funny? What ya looking at?"
Doon looked in direction Lexi was looking, next to Luna , but he did not see a thing.
"It's Fred, he is acting out , because I stroked his ego."
Doon raised an eyebrow as Luna named off a bunch of people that were not there. " Fred, right... And he's standing right there?" He pointed next to Luna. And Lexi nodded. "Alright... I'll just take your word for it... I guess. So what are they whispering about?" Doon pointed his chin towards Marie and the man in the hat. " Don't know, I think it's about us though."
Before Doon could respond,the white rabbit had spoken and Lexi was already following him. Doon put out his finished cigarette on his shoe. On his way to following the rabbit with Lexi he patted Marie on the back. " I have ADD and I don't change my mind that much, wanna ride bikes? He winked a Marie and took hold of Lexi's hand. Doon at this point gave up trying to be rational with Lexi, she was going to do what she wanted anyway so he decided to stick around her and make sure she didn't get into trouble, it's not like he had anything else to do.
