Well...The bad news is that when you reach like 30 your metabolism will slow down and you'll start gaining ten pounds from a five pound meal sorta deal.
And there really isn't any good news to that. Except that marching band starts next week!

I'm 128 and I'm doubtfully ever going to reach much higher than 175. If I'm anything like my brother, which I am supposed to be a practical clone physically, then 200 will be the worst i can get...
