Yuke found he and Natalia a spot in the crowd, and he continued to hold her hand, a well as put a hand on her waist. He smiled at her, but didn't say anything, knowing she'd have to respond with signs, and he knew that would be difficult while dancing.
Ghost bit her lip a bit, feeling awkward standing there with Sora. "So," she said, twisting her fingers together some more. She was just thankful they weren't dancing; she wasn't sure if she could do more than walk in the heels Anya had put her in.

Natalia tried to keep in time with Yuke and the music, not a great dancer, but she had some experience.
Sora glanced to Ghost when she spoke. He took a moment to glance over her person. Everything suited her perfectly, but she didn't seem comfortable. He wasn't sure if he should off the sandals his grandmother had stuffed him in, or the dark blue robe he had one, since it was an outer layer and it looked like they'd open the large windows soon to let the cool air flow since it was getting rather stuffy in the ballroom.

"Glad to see I'm not the only one uncomfortable here," Ghost said teasingly, glancing at Sora. She started to play with the ends of her hair, looking down and still biting her lip.
Yuke slowed down a little more, noticing that Natalia was trying to keep with him. He still led, but he made sure to match to her movements rather than expect her to match his.

Sora nodded some and felt a large breeze. As he had predicted, the windows to the large balcony had been opened. He glanced once more to Ghost before slipping off his dark blue robe and offered it to the girl beside him if she was cold.
Natalia felt it was easier to keep time with Yuke now since he had slowed his pace a little. Though she gave a slight shiver, feeling the windows open.

The song soon ended, and Yuke gently led Natalia from the dance floor, noticing her shiver. He'd managed to convince his mother to let him wear a tux under the robes, and he quickly pulled off the robe, putting it over the mute's shoulders with a smile.
Ghost had crossed her arms, keeping her arms warm, when she saw Sora wordlessly offering his robe. She blushed a little, smiling at him and taking the robe. She wasn't used to smiling, or being treated nicely, and instantly felt out of her element, though she felt much warmer. "Thank you," she said quietly.

Natalia smiled some and accepted the warm robe, wrapping it around herself as she walked back to Ghost. She was much warmer now. And that blush wasn't helping. But she tried to hold the hem up so it wouldn't drag or be stepped on by the other students.
Sora smiled some and adjusted the now top layer robe. It was a forest green, also speckled with bird, but they were songbirds and flowers here and there. It was just as royal as the dark blue one he had offered Ghost, still making him look like the royalty he actually was.

Yuke followed Natalia as the girl returned to the other two. He noticed that he wasn't the only one who'd sacrificed a robe, but he was glad that he had a tux on rather than another robe. He didn't feel like royalty at all, and he didn't really want to look it.
Ghost looked down a little, unsure of what to do. She was generally a social outcast, and she wasn't sure how to change that reputation. Especially considering that once this dance was over, she was sure to repel people again. [OOC:] Wanna skip to the end of the party?

[OOC:] Sure.
The party lasted for a very long time. Well into the night. Over the course of that, Sora had gotten a chair for Ghost to sit down on and get off her feet. Of course he had also lent her his nice comfy sandals so those heels would stop killing her feet. He made sure to keep a little close to her and get her whatever she wanted or needed.
Natalia had dance with Yuke a little more over the course of the night, but now she was tired. She was still wrapped in his warm robe, keeping it around her shoulders as she was also sitting in a chair, starting to nod off just a tad.

Ghost was starting to fall asleep, just like Natalia. She was thankful that she hadn't had to dance at all, and she had tried to be quiet and such around Sora, feeling awkward when she spoke. She was thankful to be out of the tottering heels now, but other than that she was just plain tired. She usually didn't have anywhere to be late at night, so she was an early to bed, early in the morning kind of person.
Yuke smiled down as Natalia started to fall asleep. He carefully helped her out of the chair, then in one swift movement reminiscent of his father and uncle, he lifted her into his arms. Inclining his head to Sora, he started to carry the mute out of the ballroom, intending to find her room and drop her off.

Sora nodded some and carefully helped Ghost back to her feet. He didn't pick her up, but he held her steady as he guided her back into the cool hallways. He had to pause and ask for directions to her room, but that was about it. He took her straight there, making sure she didn't fall asleep on her feet. Once at her door, he smiled. "Here you go, miss. Please sleep well." he said with a small smile before starting to leave, not even questioning about his robe or sandals.
Natalia gasped a little as Yuke scooped her up into his arms. Though her tiredness overtook her surprise and she nestled into his arms, the robe wrapped around her as she laid in his arms. She was jsut about asleep, a chaperon at the party giving Yuke directions to her room.

Ghost felt like she'd blinked once and found herself outside her door a moment later. Pausing, she realized Sora was still there. "W-wait!" she said quickly, pulling off the robe and the sandals. She held them out to Sora with a small smile. "thank you."
Nodding to the chaperon, Yuke started down the hallway to where he'd been told Natalia's room was. He found it not too long after and gently put her on her feet, smiling at her. "Good night," he said to her, nodding and turning to leave.

Natalia blinked herself awake as she felt her feet touch the floor. She rubbed one of her eyes softly before realizing he was leaving. She quickly grabbed one of his sleeves to stop him and offer him his robe back.
Sora looked back to Ghost and smiled, just taking his sandals and slipping them on. He then loked to the robe. "You can keep it. It's going to get rather cold tonight." he said, giving another smile before bowing respectively to Ghost, wishing her a peaceful night and leaving for his own room.

Yuke raised his eyebrows at Natalia and shook his head. "You can keep that," he said with a wink, heading down the hallway until he came to the doors that were his and Sora's rooms.
Ghost watched as Sora left, a slight blush on her face before she entered her monotone black room. She changed out of the dress Anya had forced her into, pulling on comfortable pajamas and combing her hair out. She washed all the makeup off, and watched as the lack of color on her face immediately made the white in her eyes overpower any gray that was there all night. She frowned and turned out the lights. The robe was hanging on the back of her chair, and after trying to fall asleep unsuccessfully, she retrieved it. Now that she was warm, she pulled out a little notebook and lit a candle, lying on her stomach to write some late-night poetry before she went to sleep.

Natalia blushed ash Yuke winked at her, letting her keep his nice robe. She slowly headed into her room and got changed as well, laying in her bed. But she used the robe as like a blanket, it still keeping her warm and helping her go to sleep.
Sora found his way to his room, going inside and closing the door before his parents could bother him. He was ready for bed to say the least. The birds sang a greeting to him which made him smile. He gave them some water and some seeds to hold them over for the night as he laid down in his bed, not bothering to change out of his long, flowing princely robes.

The next day, things were back to normal. Classes went as scheduled, and everyone was dressed as they usually were. Ghost was no exception. Nobody seemed to recognize her as the same person from the night before, with her hair tucked under her hat and her dark outfit more boyish and creepy. She sat in the back of her first class, listening to the lecture while twiddling her gloved thumbs.
Yuke's first class was with his great uncle, and he paid the most attention he could, which was impressive considering how often his mind wanted to wander to finding Natalia. He'd hopeed to find her before classes started, but he'd slept in on accident.
