"Malik's an idiot too engrossed with his own ego and pride. Someone needs to knock him down a peg or two and then the world will once gain be right. Sadly I'm not the one to do that." She nibbled on her bottom lip for a moment then crossed her arms. She went quiet for what seemed like a long time then glanced over him. "Well you did tell me it was up to me to decide so if you're looking to back out on this, I kind of need to know now before I make a fool of myself."

"It's because you dealt with very nasty things, out in a place where no one could really help you that you that you knew you could rely on, and your worried something will be able to get you, since you seemed to have some rather close calls."
Hugging her light and giving her a kiss.
"True enough. made the boy paranoid. we'll have to fix that just in case he manages to sneak in while we are doing something."

"Still on the pedestal but not at the same time are you?" Crossing his arms lightly over his chest and shaking his head at her. She really was a trip wasn't she? Yes indeed...but it was fun at times. For a moment Sevilin merely watched her as she thought things over...he knew when she was thinking she did that lip biting thing. "Did I say I was backing out? My my aren't you the paranoid one. You're the one I expect to back out, so I'm just...bringing the whole thing up."
"I suppose." What more was there to say on the issue? Not much at all...what was done was done and well that subject led to others that she'd rather not talk about too much. Bothered her to do so. Malik was probably right...she needed to stop attaching herself to things that weren't going to last at least a good amount of time. "A few close calls...though expected." Shrugging lightly and tugging at her collar again. "Oh yes it so does please me to know that I've emotionally scarred our son. We'll have to have another one just so we don't repeat it on a second child."

"Perhaps when ti comes to Malik..." A shake of her head and she quirked an eyebrow. "I'm not planning to back out anytime soon but you haven't exactly said if you were willing. I'm going to take nothing in that direction to mean that you are though so we'll forge on and see where this goes. She hopped up onto the counter and rested her feet on his chair, crossing them at the ankles the way she usually did since she was accustomed to wearing skirts. "I'm kind of new to this but going off what Piper did, they got married. Big wedding, neat little ribbon thing going on and made it irrevocable. But the priest checked for a bond...do we have one?"

"Oh he's not emotionally scarred. just overprotective and clingy right now. he'll work his way out of it. although, if you did want another child..it can be arranged. Zahara would probably be thrilled to use more of that fertility mixture that worked so well the last time."
A slight chuckle, a little slight of hand, and viola' her top was opened up exposing that chainmail, that his fingers caressed over. He liked the feel actually. a woman's curves under the tantalizingly warm but still chilled metal.
"Besides, if I had to pick a potential emotional scar, I'd pick Zykariel's early relationship with Zahara as worse then your little trip."

"Well I would take the lack of objection and the lack of sneering to be a good thing from me, don't you think?" Crossing his arms over his chest lightly as she rested her feet on his chair. "That's Andalian style." Was his only comment on her perception of wedding things... "Well, naturally we probably have somewhat, we've been around each other too long and too constantly to not have something or other...those things just happen with time. Agonizingly slow in most cases.
"Hm we'll see. And personally I'm planning on three, but we'll see how nice my body is going to play with everyone else." No doubt there would be fun involved...and a lot of bedrest, she knew it. Zahara would mention it, Malik would back her up. Though a blink and a look down to see his hand resting on chainmail instead of fabric. "You're far too good that..." Though it did earn a chuckle...he had quirky talents to say the least. "As right as that may be, it's still not nice to bring up A'mael, she's trying to put it behind her and atone. Let her."

The druid passed the long document through the proper channels to reach the hands of the head of domain. Aschellaeon, when able, usually placed a lot of energy into his tasks and decisions. This was no different than any report he would hand over to any other property owner, should they care to know the entirety of their geography.
The document was written on [papyrus] paper, and totalled a weight of fifteen pounds. The first several pages were a well organized index of the contents in order of page number by subject and subtopic. It described all of the physio-geographic structures which made up the territory, soil sample data included with the primary analysis of rock composition and consistence as well as the volcanic ash that covered roughly 95% of everything. The underground water streams were mapped from source, along with mineral content and stagnation. All of the plant life, both visible and invisible (to the eye), was mapped out and calculated for growth patterns and projections. A map was included to show were various underdark plants could be grown (making up about 1% of the total surface area, due to the concentration of granite rock that was the base for this part of the peninsula and a problem with subterranean worms that devour plant life). The migration pattern of the local wildlife was recorded with accurate numbers of animals (monsters or creatures), birth rates and death rates per capita. The migration of subterranean gobliniods and other 'monster's was included in this section of the portfolio. The terminology used in the biological profile of Twilight Lands was user friendly (druidic runes were written in each section, so a druid could understand the area more accurately than a modern scientist with the most advanced equipment. Druidic language is only understood by druids and is not subject to normal or abnormal language translations).
The developed parts of Twilight Lands (buildings made by people) were recorded in accurate detail, along with the damages that occured with the monstrous assaults from the Time of Troubles (when magic stopped). The extensive damage to port facilities and coastal towns from the onslaught of kraken and other subterranean aquatic beasts as well as the damage caused by the Mists was totalled up, and a time line drawn of the duration between the destruction and complete economic recovery. The depletion of natural fish stores was included in this portion of the report. The life cycle of the varieties used as a major source of food on [Lake Deep Water] were included to show that a complete recovery would occur in roughly 68.33 years, or considerably less if Aschellaeon used his magic to 'fix' the problem.
The last section in the report included a list of the available resources in Twilight Lands which were wanted in Deep Water, Honoursfield, and else where. This included silk worms (who eat plant roots), and quarry stone. Accurate estimates of the value of the materials and the cost of extraction where included with the appropriate entry with notes on specific dealers in the nearby area consulted (delicately) about the value of the materials and desirability of the goods.
As a final touch, a scale replica of Twilight Lands and the immediate surrounds was constructed with strengthened druidic magic and placed on display in the library. It included water for filling in in the lakes, as well as removable sections so the layers beneath cavern floor could be viewed in their completeness.
The druid seemed quiet excited during his short stay in the Twilight Keep or whatever it was called. He found the alluring scent of the surface plants, that Arthur and the others who travelled to Andale or from Andale brought with them, to be quiet delightful and caused a bit of a ruckus by force growing the pollen into flowers where ever he walked. A trail of flowers followed him out of the Keep, and into the wilds where he seemed to be busy with many things. He would be about as hard to track down as a long mountain in the middle of a large plain. The Andalean flowers seemed a common sight on granite stones (where worms could not go).

"Perhaps but it's a little difficult for you to sneer right now and even if you did I might take it for a grimace anyway." Seeing as his face was a little out of commission and such. She rested her hands on her legs and nodded. "I like Andalian style, does that bother you?" Sevilin hated everything to do with Andal...regardless of what it was. "I don't want a drow wedding. They don't mean anything and it's not the same relationship that you and I have. But I suppose we don't even have to get married...what do you want, Sevilin?"

"I could sneer if I really wanted to." Shrugging his shoulder and propping his ankle on his knee, leaning back in his chair some. "I'm just saying, all you've ever seen is Andalian style." She could do things all Andalian style she wanted...long as it didn't involve a trip to said hell. But a look over as she decided to ask his opinion on things. "I would get married, it's not a horrible idea, I'm just not going to Andal to do it. Sorry..."

"I wouldn't ask you to nor do I want to bring all that hardship and disaster down on myself. Piper's wedding was a huge mess that ended up falling into place at the last minute. I don't want that and I certainly don't want a bunch of surface elves coming to gawk at the drow who have the audacity to proclaim something as concrete and special as love and unite to each other for the rest of time." Shifting slightly, she rearranged her boots so they weren't bearing down on her ankles and sighed. "I just want something small. Something I can remember fondly but still know that irrevocably it happened and it was worthwhile. I want Zykariel to be there and Piper and Malik but only because he has to be. I like the ribbon too...kind of reminds me of the runing gestures you tried to use on me way back when."

"They're usually like that." Shruggnig again, approaching this all at a very casual angle...there was no reason to stress and such over it. Something to take time at. "Though I applauld your mocking of the surface elves." Taking a moment to push his braid back over his shoulder. "Small is good, more personal." Raise of an eyebrow at the ribbon thing. "The runing gestures I tried on you? I haven't done anything ruinc to you unless allowed in a long time. And neither have you."

She stared at him for a long time and shook her head chuckling. Something that stuck out so strongly in her mind, hadn't even phased him. "You don't remember do you? It was quite a while back, before Zykariel and before you and I really got started. You decided to teach me a lesson and you used runic ribbons to do so. I felt them...slipping around my ankles and wrists and binding me to the chair which I found rather...stimulating and you knew it too. In fact, if I remember correctly, Malik chose that moment to appear and crush all the bones in my hand which you then healed in the first really nice gesture you'd performed since you met me. Yes something as simple as that had a profound effect on me..."

"I am, just making the comparison."
A grin at her.
"I know I am. I got you in those clothes and I can get you out of them. and that includes that chainmail."
a chuckle though and a bit more pressure on her chainmail, letting that caress seep through to reach skin.
"three eh? all boys or are you hoping for at least one girl in the mix there?"

He took on a thinking look for a moment before it look like the memory had struck him. "Ah yes, I remember...you were being an upstart and I was trying to prove that you weren't going to be going anywhere and you were going to do your lessons." Though perhaps the slight bit of surprise on his face at her little admission on the whole experience. "Wow, I'm a lot better than I thought." Giving a chuckle on that, hey he was just now learning it was okay to poke fun at himself like that. "Really now, well I suppose I can't begrude you your ribbon." But then a sigh and another laugh. "But you were right...if you didn't want to do runes, you werent' going to. Got away with it." She hadn't really done anything runic since she got pregnant.
"I swear, you never do change...you just mellow." Giving him a smile even as he further tested the bounds of chainmail on her. Shifting position, she plopped back across his lap, taking a moment to pull off Malik's riding gloves and tossing them aside before tucking her hands behind her head casually, hair tossed over her shoulder so that she wasn't laying on it...that was never fun. Yup Malik was her pillow now. She gave a chuckle. "Men and having boys...what is it with you all. I'd hope for at least one girl, after all I want to have my fun too. Besides, I'm sure you'd want a daughter to lovingly threaten about when it comes to boys and such."

"I was always an upstart and I made it my personal mission in life to make your job rough and your life as miserable as you were making mine. Although the natural curiosity and love I have for learning new things ended up taking over and when I started to apply myself, I remember you and Malik both being surprised at how quickly I picked a few things up." A shake of her head for a moment and she laughed, "I know that from personal experience." Silly man, had no idea how talented he actually was on certain things. "I learned to do the basics and I think it's important for Zykariel to learn them as well. That training doesn't need to start for a few more years though." She paused for a moment then studied her hands. "What about...children?"
