designergrl ananda082001 I must say though, that I'm becoming pretty fond of Elizabeth. She a normal, average human, but she's really cool. Elizabeth sounds like a good person to get to know. She's brave, and she's kind. At least from what I read so far. I think it would be a fun challenge to make a "normal" person interesting. There's so much you can explore with her. I'm so gald she comes across that way. That's exactly what I was going for. heart I'm so glad my first major RP (that lasted more than a couple of days) is going so well. Its so much fun!

Ananda -- do I remember seeing that you like to write, outside of the RP? Have you done any short stories or anything like that?

I wrote a few short stories when I was in High School. They were alright, considering my age. I write some poetry now and then, although not very often. I have a couple of short story/screenplay ideas that have been bouncing around in my head for a while now, but I never seem to get them down on paper. I haven't written anything in a long time, which is one of the reasons I love having the chance to RP. Its great writing practice. I'm hoping RPing will help get kick my muse in the a** so I can do some more writing soon. biggrin

Dhar, I think that's a great idea! You are such a creative person to begin with. If you're interested in writing fiction, these RPs seem like a great way to build the creative "muscle." Once you start writing, you just get more ideas.

designergrl *considers Ananda's muse well and truly a**-kicked* heart The biggest problem for me is discipline. I've got a lot of ideas in my head, but I never seem to be able to make myself actually sit down and write. A college prof of mine once told me that procrastination was my "fatal flaw" and sadly, I must agree with her.

Ananda;
Once you get started, do you find a groove? For me, it's always the getting started that's hard. Then I can't seem to stop!

I put somethign in there no matter how short (and what I do is mostly really short). The point just being just to get anything at all out there in DharmaWorld. I'm still working on it, though!

@DG- Yeah, that's usually what happens to me too. I have a bad case of what Stephen King once called "Diarrhea of the word processor" xd The problem with the two stories I have floating around in my head is that I've already almost completely figured out the beginning and the end, its the middle I'm having problems with.
@Rabbit- What kind of computer games?
