@Thistle: I work for a bank that finances private label credit cards. I answer questions about the cards and listen to people rant about their late fees/finance charges/disputes they're too lazy to properly file.
If you ever call about a Victoria's Secret credit card, or Express or Value City or what have you- you'll either get me or someone in the same building as me xp

The offer from the house was accepted today! We are going to make the papers and such this week already. I'm so excited at the moment! Oh, jeez, now I need to start planning on moving and paints and stuff. *throws confetti around and gives everyone a huge hug before dashing off again*

Exxos - gah it doesn't sound good but at least you know what the problem (or one of the problems) is. Does this mean you are really going to move to Florida? I'd be surprised if you parents would allow that to happen but I'm hoping for you!! (((hugs)))
