@Day Oboe players are rare Day, even just the average ones are extremely sought after. That web comic sounds interesting. I hope you share it with us here. I am sure everybuddy would love to see it! That story about the violin is so cool ^.^ . As for the universal name, this one is mine too, but I like it that way.
This is probably the one guild I WOULD be able to share the webcomic with o.o The entire story is entirely too violent and adult in theme to advertise in even my own guild, we have minors and it's going to have a definite NC-17 rating. At least here I'm sure everyone is legal and would therefore be able to view it xD (Not that it'll be nonstop violence or gratuitous sex or nudity, there'll just be those few scenes that minors wouldn't be able to see)
Also: I love my Oboe x3 I was just way more into the color guard/marching band in high school than I was concert band. I wasn't allowed to march with my Oboe (The reeds ARE sharp enough to go through the roof of your mouth if you fall on them) so the flags became my priority.
