Nena sat down, alone with Jacinda across the room.
Jacinda had her hands on her lap, her small black eyes shining with concern. "Nena, Let's talk" a thick black fog came from underneath her pumps and consumed the both of them. It was time to catch up.

Jarlaxle unmelded from the shadows in the corner of the tavern. His eyes were unusually dull today. Not bright purple like they normally wore. He was in pain right now but he hid it perfectly well, a big smile on his face. He resisted the urge to hold onto his left arm and everytime he moved it he resisted wincing. He looked around the tavern slowly and smiled as he walked over to Eternity. He looked down at her and waved with his right hand, resisting a wince, "Hey, Eternity."

Nena came back to the tavern with a whole new attitude, she was even in her belly dancer gear. She was ready to kick some a**, she looked over to Jarlaxle. "Are you okay?"

Jarlaxle looked over at Nena and nodded, "Yeah! I am good!" He grinned up at her and waved, holding winces back the entire time. He hated feeling like this, it made him feel weak and he didn't want anyone else to see that he was weak so he just acted like nothing was wrong.

Nena was no mind reader but her time in the tavern have taught her to read body signs. "Are you okay?" She said watching him closely.

Jarlaxle laughed a bit, a faint wince seen on his face for half a second, and he nodded, "Yeah! I'm fine!" He smiled up at her and looked at her with his duller purple eyes.

Nena raised a brow, "Are you going through some macho crap? you look like your in pain but won't admit it~" Nena bent over to examine his body.

Jarlaxle shook his head and frowned a bit as he looked down at the ground, "No, I just got hurt during the 'business' that I left last night to do. I don't want anyone worrying about me. Not like anyone can do anything to help. No need to bring other people down."

"There is nothing wrong in admitting you hurt to love ones, we're here to help you~ I am not a healer but maybe Dr.Vickk can do something about that arm, he's a nice man. There's no need to fell sad" Nena place a fingure under his chin and lift it up to meet her smile.

Jarlaxle laughed a bit with a small wince and he shook his head, "No, it just isn't my arm. It's my whole body. Any movement hurts. Nothing that can be healed other than by time, unfortunately." He looked up at her and smiled at her.

Nena giggled, "Hello there sleepy head" She stood up, her hips almost swaying. She had a new approach for her belly dancing business.
