But trust me, the job he's going into - is nothing like you saw on television. *In fact Luke bet the only thing Max would be suffering from was boredom.*

*Luke eyes Cora oddly again. Damn, she was all about the questions today. Luke shrugs.* Nora? She's fine.
*He remembers when Chuck brought her up and how he and Cora had tag-teamed that one.* I would have brought you over to meet her in person, but ... I don't think introducing her own cousin to her would have gone over so well.

*Luke pats his lips, watching Cora in amusement.* She's my age, and yeah, she goes to the same college as I do.
*Luke wonders for a moment what he was ever thinking bringing Cora there - TWICE - while Nora was there with him. Luke had spent so little time even considering any consequences from that - he hadn't even realized how lucky he and Cora had been not to run into her.*
*Luke polishes off his beer and asks Cora.* Could you grab me another one of these, Slim?
