*POP* Hey everyone. Sorry I rarely post anymore. I've just been very busy and very stressed out with everything. I haven't slept at all in over a week, caught a cold and actually lost some weight. O.o My grade 12 english is almost over but math will go on until end of June I think. Also, my job starts end of June and I have a feeling I won't be around at all during the summer since I will be working so much.
If it turns out I will get more time on the computer when I have my job, I'd be willing to help out with being a prefect but I'd really have to see and make sure.
Lucky Gerp, that you don't have to pay tuition! And a free lunch. wink
Okay... Now must check out millions of other posts, lol.

I am really sorry that you are so stressed out, its good that you have an awesome boyfriend to be there with you! If you aren't on much, I understand. What all do prefects do in the guild? *POP* We edit posts and use Stickler Support to enforce rules. (I am a little lax with the grammar in here with you guys because I know for the most part your respectful of the rules and one or two mistakes can be glanced over. But I will never tolerate poor and purposeful misuse of the English language.) We keep and eye out for shinning examples of creativity and excellent posts and threads. We nominate them for house points and then give one post a week house points for being outstanding. I try to keep up with the front page of our common room even though that's not required. We keep an eye on how many posts our house members have from time to time and let them know they can move up in class. Sometimes the person in charge LLH or Minerva now will make requests. You get two votes in the fanfiction thread. Other then that not too much I can think of. Anything else will be explained when you take on the position. Technically their should be two for every house, but I had no male counter part. Anyhow I am glad to here your making your way to the end of your schooling, and sorry to hear you were feeling well. I hope things go well and have a good summer.

It is hard to have a male counterpart when the majority of people in Hufflepuff are girls (at least the people who are active and posting).
Anyway, sorry for the temporary absence. The internet at our house went out and it took several days to get fixed. But all is better now!!!
What is everyone doing this summer? I personally have like nothing to do. I applied for a second job at the Subway in my town but they say they aren't really hiring right now so I most likely won't get a job there and there really isn't anywhere else in town to work except for a resturaunt that has a little bit of a bad reputation with my friends and I on how they treat their employees. Other than job searching, I really don't have ANYTHING to do.

My summer is going to consist of working, working, working and working. I had a meeting with my head boss yesterday and had to sign tooons of paper work. I'm going to be paid 9.50 an hour which is really good and is about 1400 dollars a month! Which I'm going to be putting into a savings account for college or whatever I decide to do. I'm scared though about what the other girls I'll be working with are going to be like and also how good of a cook I'll turn out to be lol.
We planted our entire garden on Saturday and I ended up with a huuuge mosquito bite on my arm and two on my ankle. I hate bugs! Or maybe they were gnomes... wink
By the way, only a month and... 16 days until Half Blood Prince!!! How excited are you guys?

Hey guys. Sorry I kind of fell off the face of the planet on you, I've been busy. Right now it's this math 1050 that's got me. It's 2 1/2 hours long 5 days a week and has 3 pages of homework to follow each day. It's also at 7 in the morning.

Welcome back Catna and Lily. Its nice to see some more Huffles back!!!
Sorry for the little absence. I have been pretty busy this week. Mostly working and getting ready for college next year. I am a part time worker and I will be getting over-time this week because I will be working over 40 hours. My next paycheck is going to be SAWEEEEEEET!!!
Anyone doing anything interesting this summer?? Like going over-seas or something like that?? My summer is pretty boring but I will be going to Lake of the Oazarks (sp?) at the end of June for our very first family vacation where we don't have to do anything specific, its just us and we can relax!!

Hey everybody, I was just stopping in to say hi. I have been really busy. I have an internship with lots of projects, a two and a halve days a week job, that gets me up at 5 am and lets me get home at 5, that is labor intensive so I fall straight asleep. I just want to see how everyone was doing.

I am doing good Katie except for last night I had a really scary night.
I feel asleep around midnight and next thing I know my dad is yelling at me "AUBRIE GET UP AUBRIE GET UP......TORNADO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I HATE tornados. I get so scared. So I got up and got dressed and we booked it to my grandmas house. The sirens were going off, I was freaking out in the back seat and out house basement is really not safe, that is why we went to my grandparents. We went about 50 mph through my town which is 20-30 mph faster that the speed limit. About half way through town we realized that my Aunt was probably not aware of what was going on and her shelter in her house is a small closet so we went and pounded on her door until she woke up and then we packed her and her little girl in their van and went to safety.
Luckily no tornados actually hit the ground but it was really close and really scary. And it doens't help that this all happened at 2:30 this morning. There was no damage except for the fact that we got like 2 inches of rain in about 30 minutes so all the streets were flooded, even the streets that never flood were flooded.
How is everyone else??

OOOOO!!!!! Guess what I got yesterday guys!!!!!!! I got the new Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince poster!!! *squeeeeeeeee* I also went to Party America to buy a wig for a cosplay that I am doing for an anime convention next month and I wondered around for a couple minutes after finding the wig and I came upon their Harry Potter stuff..... I was like, OMMG!!!!!!!!!!!!! So, of course, being the Harry Potter Nerd that I am, I bought a Gryffindor Scarf... They didn't have any Hufflepuff ones. I almost bought glasses, a wand, and a snitch, but I didn't want to spend all of my money. Guys, this new poster is pretty amazing.... I would check your nearest Walmart if you are looking for one because that is where I got mine!!
*squee* again XD.
