Sug, I can agree with you there... splurging all your money on fun and entertainment doesn't get you far in life, intellectually or socially.
It seems like America.... along with a few other places in the world, seem to think that a great time, is the most important thing in life.
I'm not saying buying anime, manga or having fun is a bad thing.... but moderation is the key. Relaxation is a very important thing... treating yourself it some R&R and giving yourself a reward is only imperative when you work for it, both physically and mentally.

Bet she'd like to though. Remember when Family Guy made fun of that by using Donald Trump's "You're Fired!" catch phrase & the characters paid Trump royalties?

My gf loves Family Guy... I'm not much for it though... xd
She told me one that was pretty funny.. Um Peter was looking for his old class mates apparently for some jealousy reason I think I forget... And he finds someone that's like Peppermint Patty, and Marcy from Peanuts.... xd And Peppermint Patty answers the door and then Marcy's all like, "Who is it sir?" And comes and puts her arms around Peppermint Patty and kisses her. xD; Ahahahaha! *random*

Speaking of Family Guy, did anyone else think that Southpark's attempt to diss it was kind of lame?
