Celestia Whitesword Cale Darksun Does Mordranna understand droidspeak? Not very well ... sweatdrop That's Zendia's department. well unfortunately, thats the only language the Phoenix speaks. She's asking the Prinny Hawk weither she is a friend or a foe.

Not likely.
The Phoenix was plugged into the Heroine's Assault's computer system before she took off. Thats where she recognized the Prinny Hawk from.
Since the Phoenix wasnt kept in the same hangar that you landed in, the Prinny Hawk would have no recollection of having seen the Phoenix.
I wouldnt trust the Prinny Hawk's AI to be able to negotiate with the Phoenix anyway. The Prinny Hawk is a Corellian Freighter.
That means she has a bit of an attitude.
Given her rude reception among the Skull Base Raiders, she'd likely flip the Phoenix the AI equivalent of the California Highway salute, an action that would almost certainly get her blasted into space debris by the Phoenix.

Han plugged three droid brains into the Nav Computer, a jawa-rigged operation that he thought would improve computing power.

And, to my knowledge, the Force can't really parse a droid's intentions ...
And, the cutlass is aboard the PH ... would it identify someone with it in their possession as friendly?

It would mean nothing to the Phoenix. She doesnt relate the item to Cale.
You could try and communicate friendly terms to the Phoenix by using the Prinny Hawk as a translator.
