The operation you shut down in Pyrite was only a low-level distribution point. But we don’t have time to worry about that now.
A breaking news story says that we’ve attacked Mt. Battle and taken over the first few zones! This has to be the work of Team Clone.
Go in and clear them out! You’ll fight 2 peons with three Pokémon each (1 is Shadow) and a Commander with four Pokémon (again, 1 is Shadow).

I believe you have at last corrected all the things which needed correcting. Congratulations on snagging an Espeon, and I think the reward money may soon be transferred to your account.
For now, I think Team Clone has been chased from Orre, but who knows what else they're planning? If we could get some data from one of their other hideouts we may find out!
If you encounter other Shadow Pokemon in the future, beware: there are more Shadow Moves besides Shadow Rush, and some of them are truly fearsome. What's more, if Team Clone realizes any of the secrets to Purification, they may be able to stop their Shadow Pokemon from entering Reverse Mode.
And as a general note to the rest of the team, if you see a mission from my series (and you have authority to grade missions), feel free to grade it in my absence. However, I would like to personally grade the "finale" to this set. Brian has it on stand-by, but it isn't in the mission list yet.
