thats the problem, we need people to do stuff, except all the arcs have failed horribley, the only ones that did well were the first 2

bb3000ae though I have noticed, some of NUR's more active in New Generation...why, am I no good leader ;-; your not a bad leader, but the ones that are inactive slow things down...

well what am I suppose to do, get rid of all the kages. We dont even have anyone to replace them

no dont get rid of them all, but make it so that the kage isnt the only person in the villages that people can go to(thats just an idea.)
