I think it's awesome that we're handing out golden speedies to the newbies! Do you explain that it's kind of the official uniform of the AGA? You never know when we might change into them for fun. rofl rofl

You know.. I never thought of it.. but we don't really explain the golden speedies thing at all lol... Perhaps we'll put something up in the Welcome thread or maybe the rules or something.. maybe even make a contest out of it..

Guild uniform - Golden Speedies Set
Guild colors - Blue & Pink
Guild mascot - Dust Bunnies? lol
Guild food - cookies?
Guild song - "Shake your booty" lmao

What do you all think?

Well apparently the guild colors have always been blue and pink.. my only guess is that was the original colors of the gaia logo.. (I think....) but I could be wrong.. When Kiara gets online I'll have to ask her lol.. It's why we did Pat's profile in those colors though..

As for the song.. it's just the first thing that popped into my head because of the booty train yes lol..

Those wouldn't HAVE to be the answers though.. maybe do a poll or something.. let the members vote on some of them.. like in the US we have State Birds, State Flowers, etc.. Do something like that for the guild???

Like put up a poll for Guild Mascot with options like:

Giant Veggie Chicken, Dust Bunnies, Prinnies, Evil Cookie, etc..

Don't know how we'd turn that into a contest though lol.. hmm.. more thought will be required I think lol.

I would love to hear an explanation about the golden speedies, though I do have a pair I can slap on if need be.

I don't like the full dresses in the new item set, but I love the skirts and the admiral belt items.

I think the new Wesley items are great. Love Victorian wear. Hopefully Exxos can combine some in an awesome steampunk number.

Yes Amaeli.. I did say contest lol.. though I have no idea how it would be run atm.. and requires more thought and conversation.

Daypaw.. I tend to have issues with a lot of the full dresses as well.. especailly when they cover everything making it so hard to add to or change it and make it original. I liked a few of them.. but really love the little lace tops.

Starling... I too can't wait to see the avi's people come up with.. I think I may go change mine again here soon too.. but I still have some birthday shopping to do for upcoming b-days xp wink xp Before I can go buy myself some new items lol.

Like most things in the guild it just was kind of a silly moment that evolved into something else. I think it was Joe that first started passing out the speedies and now, every once in a while a bunch of us will wear them for a while. It's fun when we can get everyone in the guild to wear them at the same time for a day or so.

Who still has pics of all the dancing speedie people? Exxos? I think we need our visual!! rofl rofl

and maybe I should go change...
