yeah I have they had so many rules for it

well what was the general power of it. Was it just like Blasts, and what did they do. I mean seems like it would just be like flaming lightning lol. Idk im confused on the concept of plasma

Idk im confused on the concept of plasma plamsa is really cheap make sure if you make a jutsu/kekkie genkie don't make a plasma field jutsu its CHEAP!!!!!!

was RPing in a guild a few months ago there was a jutsu Called Plasma Field jutsu it was a Lightning/Earth Melting earth till it is pure energy or some s**t like tht is messed up due to the fact that lighting is as fast as light and so how long does it take to make plasma? Yeah stare
