You forget there is a third heat – one we have here in Nevada all too often, dessicating heat. When the humidity goes into negatives and it literally draws the moisture out of you.
According to the weather station by my house (as in 318 feet away on another street), it is 114º with -1% humidity. gonk

Camwen JoeEuphonium : ( she didn't say it back? Sounds like her look said it all smile Exxos - fantastic story. Very romantic 3nodding It was her look, her nod, indeed. She had a way of making perfect sense without saying a word like that. Though she did tell me she loved me many times verbally in the years after that.

When your skin cracks open and you're bleeding from the dryness, then the decision gets easier. heh.

Both sound pretty awful to me. If I had to choose I guess I'd go with the humidity since I normally don't mind it. But any temps over 90F and I start getting really uncomfortable. If it's around 100F I get really sleepy but the heat prevents me from being able to sleep.

So far, no heatwave here... yet. Up here (Toronto), it's raining. Almost like spring except we're in June. I'm still sleeping with a comforter with Tiger warming (and squishing) my feet. sweatdrop
@ Exxos: That's a very cute story.

Tiika Firedancer @Exxos: That's a wonderful story! @Camwen: I like your Red Riding Hood theme! What items did you use? Hi Tika! Thanks smile ummmm lets see.... the red riding hood is from the Sept '08 letter, the wolf is in the yama no tamago , the spring nymph provided the tree, and the picnic basket is surprisingly enough sold in "The Jock Strap" rofl Poor Thistle - you sound so stressed lately. Why don't you pop in the hot tub for a bit with a nice cocktail.

Thistle, how many kittehs do yo uhave? Where is your kiddo going to for so long? Summer camp maybe?
Camwen, your avi outfits are always so gorgeous, goodness. I love your aesthetic, are you an artist? I get sleepy but can never sleep in heat either; it's just miserable.
