Of course I was talking about Animecon, the biggest anime convention in Finland. whee Dude, over 9000 visitors last year! Now isn't that exciting. :<
It's pathetic, but thank god there's a new con in Lahti this summer. They actually have real japanese guests there.

Not fake japanese guests per se, but rather dubbing actors and actresses in place of the original voice actors 3nodding

We don't usually dub anime. I think most of the anime in Finnish television is subbed. Although they did air Sailor Moon in Swedish... It was cute, though. : D
The thing is, Animecon's guests seem to be Finnish anime bloggers and old school fans. >___<

bah, I wash my hands of this, titles taken away along with everything else so I guess it doesnt matter
my aircard broke so I might not be around as often till I get my new one, should be here tuesday though
then I'll be on 20/7 again.. stalking everyone....

do any of our american members watch baseball? I'm trying to figure out who has even heard of the washington nationals xp
I had them on my train the other day and omg, lame! the guys make millions a year but they cant tip someone who has to serve their whiney little asses for 4 hours??? and I swear, if I thought that guy even KNEW english, I would sued his a** for harassment, i love when they think white chick= doesnt speak spanish

I'm not a big baseball fan or anything but I'm very proud of my Washingtonians. :p That includes the Wizards, Redskins, Capitals, and the Nat's. wink 4laugh
Anyway, I'd just like to say that if you ever meet Travis-the-camera-nonsalesman of Best Buy, feel free to kick his nuts. I was READY to buy my dream Canon T1i but because he was being biggest d**k, he just lost a customer. stare I'm really sad now that Circuit City is closed... they had the best customer service around here. Now I need to find a new place to get my camera. evil

Wow what a weekend! I had 30+ people over at my house during the day for 3 straight days. It was crazy!
And i found out my Sister-in-law is pregnant again!!! YAY!!
