mm...if you pay now? like $40 for the three-day ticket (less for two or one days), about $150 per night at the hyatt (there are cheaper hotels all around) plus food and spending money...

I love that statue. XD it's where I'm going to meet up with my RO friends, my bf, the rest of my college group, etc.
Anyone who's been to that hotel knows exactly what you're talking about. XD XD

Sadly, ACen is a little too pricey for me. As close as it is, I'd only have enough money to get there & get in. I won't have enough money to stay at a hotel or get back home. Plus, Dad said I'm not taking the car to Chicago...
However, after looking up the info on other cons & checking prices, I could still get to go to an anime convention this year. Particularly the closer, cheaper, & better-timed first-annual OMG!con. Anyone think they would be interested &/or could make it?
As for cosplaying as your Gaian self, why not use that to help with the name problem? Cosplay yourself as the way you appear in threads, with your name over your head. (In blue since we're friends, of course.)
