She kissed back and let out a sigh. When she pulled away, she pushed him off of her and laughed. "What got you worked up?"

She just shook her head and rolled her eyes a bit. "I got rid of one monster and created another one with you. You're bad, Matthew." She grinned and just laughed a bit.

She giggled and kissed him, letting go of his hands as she did so. "Well, come on. I'm not going to wait all night."

Mari woke up and looked about that morning that was leading into the afternoon. She reached up and grabbed her glasses and let out a yawn. Smash was still sleeping, so she got out of the bed slowly so he wouldn't wake up and started to get dressed.

She figured that she would just go to Vinsa's on her own today. She didn't want to disturb him and she needed to get there early. Once she was dressed, she slipped on her sandles and walked over to him, giving him a kiss on his forehead. Smiling gently as she opened a portal and left through it to the Angelicus realm.

About an hour later, she came back. The ring was on her finger as she had given Vinsa his chain back. Mari had seen that he was still sleeping and smiled. She kicked off her shoes and crawled into the bed. She started to play with his hair, only gently so she wouldn't wake him.
