 Yes i suppose you are right about that. It just didn't feel like that when we first attended.
Looks at Sam again. You do have one thing right. Every year we make more and more friends.

"She sends her love" replied Fiyori as she happily listened to Missy and what she was looking forward to. Seeing Rose enter, Fiyori flashed her a wolfish smile also. "Hey Rose! Of course we don't mind you joining us. Your our friend" she reminded the girl as Pegasus took a curious glance towards Carnation's way. "Not hungry" he told her as he lazily flew away from Fiyori to greet Rose.
Watching Pegasus leave, Fiyori shrugged and continued on with their earlier conversation. "I can't wait for Defense Against the Dark Arts also! It sounds like it'll be fun. As for Care of Magical Creatures...well I'm no Gryffindor" she told them with a light laugh. "I'm actually just looking forward to taking Potions and Ancient Runes.How about you Rose? What classed do you wanna take?"

Samantha nodded in response to Sam's reply. "The name 'Samantha' is too stuffy for me. I get people to call me Sam or Sammie." She grew thoughtful. "But what if people call Sam and we both respond? Quite hilarious, don't you think?" She then passed Sam a chocolate frog and went out of the compartment for some stretching.
As she paced up and down the corridor, she stuck her head into every compartment and said 'hello' to all of them. Then she went back to the compartment with her trunk and got the window seat. She stares at the scenery as the train speed its way back to Hogwarts.

Fred looked around the train. Her owl, Mercedes, was in her cage, and Red was alone in her compartment. She walked over to a compartment where her old friends Rose and Fiyori were. "Hey, guys," she said. She heard Fiyori ask about classes. "I want to take Defense Against the Dark Arts for sure, Care of Magical Creatures, Music and Magic sounds pretty cool, and of course Flying Lessons." Fred was sure they were staring at her oddly so she said simply, "I'm a Ravenclaw. I'm pretty sure I can handle all of that. What are you thinking about taking, Rose?"

123kirra Lyra walks through the compartments with her luggage trailing behind her. Her Brown tabby slowly walking behind her, she suddenly stops as if something is wrong. She searches around her pocket and pulls out a picture looking relieved. She puts it back in her pocket and sighs "Tabby, do you think i will make any friends? I know what mums says is a lie, but, well i dont know, maybe she is right, maybe know one will ever like me."
Oh, I suppose I never actually introduced myself; sorry. I'm Lyra (obviously), the Ravenclaw Deputy Head (and 7th year).
[[Back from vacation. Thanks, Kitty, for keeping me a little more up-to-date on the RP. Now I don't have so much to catch up on.
I've just realized that I've caught up to you and am now a 7th year too. I think I might get your curse of staying in the same year, at least until the subforum for graduates is up and running.]]
Lyra smiles and introduces herself to the first years in the compartment. "Hello. I'm Lyra, a Ravenclaw 7th year and the Deputy Head. Welcome to Hogwarts."

"Hey Fred" greeted Fiyori as she continued to smile. Hearing what classes Fred were planing to take made her want to laugh. "I shouldn't be surprise" she told her friend.
