1) She never actually saw Nal killed. She lost sight of him. 3nodding
2) She found out that someone died, but only a day or so after. She was shocked, and sadened. crying
3) She didn't know there were 2 of you. As far as Nana knew, Nal was Lan. sweatdrop

I hate to use something so unorigional, and cheap, but have you ever gotten the feeling someone was watching you? Lan wasn't feeling that, Nal was. They could feel each other's emotions and feelings. Besides, I need a reason to attack the Citadel...you're that reason.
