my professors usually let me make up the format's specifics as long as i get close to it. try this, it's pretty close... commas and such may be off.
webmaster's last name, first initial. webpage title. date of creation, ( website url ), date of last visit.

I need avatar art. Something vertical, somewhat sexy, with most of the emphasis on the face expression. =o
@edit: by vertical, I mean that the main point of attraction can be thinned down. The picture could be, lessay, 700 pixels large and 500 tall, but if it can be stripped to 200 wide and 500 tall and still have the important stuff, it's perfect.
