I just started college, and if it keeps getting busy, I may withdraw from this guild, either partially or totally. I'll hang around at least until this event ends, and probably some time after, but my first midterm is three weeks from now, so we'll see how things go after that.

I mean, I get that school is most important but... this has slowed down to one of the least demanding guilds, ever. I'm kind of surprised people are saying it's too much to keep up with when most of our cast currently averages 1-2 posts per month... I know I've slowed down A LOT due to "why bother hurrying?" feelings. Just seems weird to me, but whatever. I've given up caring and am simply coasting along with the slow but steady death taking place. =w=

hopefully by next week, we'll be able to start the new day. I just want the spell to start wearing off, since it's not a curse, it can wear off on it's own, yes?
I may not have school until January, but I've been running busy nonstop every morning running errands ;-; makes me wish I was still in school, at least I don't have to move around all day, its truly exhausting. someone save me?

I wonder if the fandom is simply ceasing to exist in general. no, the fandom isn't really ceasing, all guilds are struggling, and have been for the past few years. For the longest time I wanted to go to one of Gaia's cons and finally did so at this year's Otakon. Let's just say me and several others were a bit disappointed in the panel. All the things they're planning on working on are IOS games and such, and just doing more of the gaiacash items. What a lot of the older gaians were looking forward to hearing was possibly some update with the guilds or rp forums, or even further development to the original games or zomg, the things that kept thing kept us coming back, but they've left it and going where ever the money is... hell, was even looking forward to possibly some interaction panel games like they've shown in some previous cons but nope, it was straight feeling out survey and random drawing on items left over from their Accessory Shop that no longer exists as of '06.

i really want to reply to the dance and do something but there's not much they can do dressed as Fred and George
and i literally had to stop myself from just saying "jack and sean start twerking in the corner" just for the sake of posting something
because i figure that wouldn't be productive and it would only be a sentence long

I'd really love to jump back in and was kinda waiting for the event to conclude before doing so. sweatdrop I believe it's still going, albeit at a slow pace recently emotion_0A0 I'm available for some 1x1 rps on the side though if you're interested, as a lot of the RP's I'm in have been quite quiet emotion_c8

Normally if your current partner goes inactive you can move on to an active person instead of waiting, but since we don't have nearly enough active people, the event is continuously stalling to a virtual halt... I don't think ending the event will solve the problem unless there is an irrational number of people doing the same thing you are.
