The second one is fine with me, as long as it you are aware that an appropriately ranked defensive technique will still block all of the spikes. Approved.

If you're using a bone sword, or shield, or whatever it already IS counted as one of those weapons to my knowledge so that first custom isn't needed. Contacting other mods for confirmation.

Flame Prison Snake Dance: Pending. You should clarify that your ninjutsu which collides with the dome is just passively dismantled, but opposing fire ninjutsu which collides with the dome is absorbed as per the rules of collision. Also, the dimensions are not necessarily stated well, despite the picture. It looks like a mile, so I'll give that to you.

Description: After being told by the Hokage not to set the fire to the entire forest with her fire, Kya began developing a way, using her Uchiha-tuned flame control to control the flames. By using her own body as a focal point, specifically her eyes, for her elemental chakra, she learned to drawn her flames into a specific range of her body and keep them there. What this does is it snatches all flames she produces, including ambient fire left over from techniques previously used by others that is no longer controlled by their chakra, and contain it in a dome the size of the water shark prison jutsu. ( Or within a mile) It will keep her at the center, with the flames, after whatever normal affect they have upon her using them, all being contained within this dome. No ambient fire will remain outside of this dome, all of it remaining fixed to the perimeter of the dome. For clarification, a fireball that explodes on collisin in the dome remains within it, but will be contained to it, and be drawn to the edge of the dome. While inside of the dome, all but Kya suffer Two doses of dehydration per post inside, unless they stay hydrated. A sufficent attack striking the outer perimeter of the dome that matches or out powers it will end the attack, but kya's own techniques merely join into the perimeter of the dome instead of destroying it after being passively dismantled. Enemy attacks that aren't destroying the dome upon hitting it are absorbed as per the rules on collisions. It lasts for three posts, after which half of it's cost must be paid per post to keep it up. For the S+ variant, the dome applies 2 and a half dehydration stacks instead of just two.

Description: This was one of the very first techniques Zahara had begun to hone in the ruins of Kumogakure after testing his element. Using shape manipulation and the use of chakra flow, Zahara makes sure of chakra flow in the body and uses the skin as a medium to release techniques. With the exertion of physical movement and a bit of steady chakra control, he's able to make this method work. With the body already able to use explosive chakra through the surface of their skin, Zahara can manipulate the flow of chakra to match his body as hand seals are only a generalized method of concentration to begin with. While this method works through the surface of the skin, items such as worn armor, weapons and other things do not impede the release of chakra nor do chakra infused materials and ninjutsu. This method of chakra manipulation was the circumvention Zahara devised to be in lieu of handseals, being able to forgo them completely to more efficiently chain together explosive blasts and his taijutsu techniques to create a combination attack.
**It should be noted that this method can only be created with some degree of movement and not while standing still -- that's what handseals are for.
Effects: It is a passive technique once trained. At the same time, it allows a Bakuton used in this method completely forgo the need for hand seals prior to its use and to be chained into a Taijutsu/Bukijutsu/Formless attack. When using a Bakuton Jutsu this way, it adds a flat [5] Chakra of the technique cost, Per Rank, to make it work (only affects the Ninjutsu).
A Formless/Tai/Buki & Bakuton Chained together this way use an Activation Each, This technique itself is only a Passive Augmentation with a Trigger.

~Bakuton Jutsu can be used without another technique and just with the body motions alone, however, will require still require the extra chakra to activate it.~

This is considered a Korabo method. If used with another Technique
**At least an D-Rank formless or Body Technique must be used in order for this method to be valid.

This is a repost of my First Custom to the new rules. This is a passive technique that triggers, adding [5] Chakra per rank used with a Bakuton attack that chains with the associated Body/Weapon attack, be it formless or style tech.

tab Effects: This Jutsu is a Passive technique when it is trained per rank. This technique allows two different uses when the user trains the technique and does nothing on its own as it instead gives two different methods to use Physical Method Bakuton detailed below. This technique itself does not count as a activation on its own
tab First Method: The first method that this technique provides is the most straight forward of the two. The Bakuton user can opt to use their Bakuton Jutsu as a complex technique to use the attack without handseals. The techniques function as normal but take up an additional [5] Chakra and Stamina than normal Complex Techniques. E-Ranked attacks must use both Chakra and Stamina for its cost.
tab Second Method: The second method that this technique provides is what it is intended to be used as. Through the motion, the user can chain together both a Formless or Taijutsu attack along with a Bakuton Physical Ninjutsu without handseals. This method requires the Korabo training to be learned before it is able to be utilized and it is classified as a Korabo Technique when both attacks are used together in this manner. Both attacks still consume both offensive activations but are done in the amount of time it would normally take to perform a single one. The Ninjutsu and Taijutsu each require [5] more of each of their respective resources per rank of the techniques used. (This applies to Complex Tai as well, requiring more Stamina & Stamina)

Bakuton - Fluidity: Pending. I really dislike the notion of you making your bloodline techs complex. It places them in an odd mechanical function, since it makes all of your bloodline ninjutsu one rank weaker than a bakuton user who is just using them as a spiritual, (aka typical ninjutsu). Of course with DR you can mitigate this, but it leaves the whole thing tasting a bit sour in my mouth. I would much rather you just make this an X-ranked complex technique that you punch or kick, and make an explosion. That sounds a lot easier than this whole sequence of techniques which are all wrapped into one.

As for your korabo of tai and ninjutsu, I am going to have to deny it. Karuto Raiken has something similar where he throws a punch and a lightning bolt fires off with it. I allowed that one since it was basically the X-ranked thing I suggested to you earlier. To combine any taijutsu with a bakuton explosion, especially with how certain taijutsu styles work, that sounds like a dangerously slippery slope.

Description: Channeling Katon Chakra into his body, Belamos will connect his foot with the ground. Upon doing so a wave of fire will ripple through the ground and surge through the air in a circle originating on Belamos . It will appear as veins of harsh red light. Any inorganic, flammable, material affected by this will erupt in flames. The flames are normal, atypical, house fire flames. Organic material are immune to this jutsu. Inorganic, Chakra-Infused creations can be affected by this jutsu and destroyed if they are a rank lower. The distances of the surges are listed below

Rank D- 10 foot diameter
Rank C- 20 foot diameter
Rank B- 40 foot diameter
Rank A- 80 foot diameter
Rank S- 160 foot diameter

After creating these fires, Belamos can launch Katon Projectile Techniques from them by paying chakra equal to 1 Rank Higher than the Technique usually is. I.e. a C Rank Fireball would cost 40 chakra

Lucifer's Domain: Pending. This jutsu is going to give me a rough time. First of all, the fire ring doesn't burn people, but burns their clothing, right? Second of all, how does this technique last long enough to be able to also shoot ninjutsu from if it doesn't have a duration of how long the ring last? Third of all, does the ring need to be fully extended based on the rank of the technique? Like if you use this at S-ranked, does it need to go to 160 feet and then from it shoot out fire ninjutus? Fourth of all, does the rank of the ring itself dictate what kind of skills you can fire? Like, do you have to use a B-ranked ring in order to use B-ranked and below skills? Fifth of all, does the chakra used for the projectile ninjutsu come from you or the ring? I would imagine you, but the technique does not specify.

The diameter can be changed but cannot exceed the maximum. The fires in the area last for three posts at D Rank, increasing by 1 post per rank after that. If the technique effects a combustable/flammable material, the fires will last an additional two posts. After creating these fires, Belamos can launch Katon Projectile Techniques from them by paying chakra equal to 1 Rank Higher than the Technique usually is. I.e. a C Rank Fireball would cost 40 chakra. Belamos can only launch techniques at or below the rank of the jutsu used. The chakra for these attacks comes from Belamos

Description: Through extensive training and focus the Shoton user can, in time, learn to even crystallize chakra with any of their jutsu. However, as one might expect, the process takes a lot more effort than affecting physical materials with their kekkei genkai. Must pay 150% the normal cost to affect energy-based chakra. Also, the used shoton technique must at least be of equal rank to the targeted chakra (can't affect any jutsu stronger than the one used). This cannot affect non-chakra energy (natural fire, lightning, etc.) under any circumstance; this training is specifically only for the sake of learning to crystallize chakra itself.

Description: This genjutsu is cast specifically on those that have been blinded by the user's Crystal Beacon technique by performing a couple hand seals while they are blinded. When their vision fully returns the affected target(s) they will feel heavily inclined to attack, and only attack, the user with all their might. This genjutsu cannot affect anyone who wasn't blinded by the light cast by the Crystal Beacon technique. This genjutsu's effect lasts for up to three [3] of the target's posts.

Type: Bukijutsu
Element: Maruton
Description: The Kishitou Yoroi practitioner utilizes their armor in such away that it does not suffer damage without also punishing foes daring to strike it. With a timely interceptive motion, the user can apply this blocking strike against a physical attack landing against the armor. The difference in the armor's strength against the engaging strike will be reflected unto the attacker. The defending user still suffers damage as normal, however. If the attack is equal or stronger then the attacker suffers on repercussions. If the attack is one [1] rank weaker than the armor then the attacker will fell a numbness in the hand/foot used for their attack, slightly decreasing their strength in the affected appendage in their next post. If the attack is two [2] ranks weaker then the armor then the attacker's hand/foot will lose all feeling, often causing them to drop their held weapon(s) or have difficulty maintaining their footing for a short while. If the attack is three [3] three or more ranks weaker than the armor then the attacker will definitely be disarmed or any unarmed attack will result in fractured bones at the moment of clashing. Can only perform this technique with Heavy Armor equipped.
