I know we try to encourage participation but getting the members to join in to the conversations is the hard part.

Not bad. I'm coming down with a cold though. xp But other than that I'm pretty good. I get to babysit one of my favorite kids tomorrow. She's sooo cute and so easy to watch. And I'm expecting about $75-100 for it. xd
