Amu Tsukiyomi-sama -Yuui-TR-Flourite- Amu Tsukiyomi-sama -Yuui-TR-Flourite- Amu Tsukiyomi-sama I've always made it clear that my powers are tied to my soul and a ghost is a wandering soul stuck between worlds. That is how I figured I, as a ghost, would still have powers. I have always said this so as to avoid people thinking I was god modding. Basically, I tend to stay out of stuff whist I am dead and if I do anything, it tends to be either to distract people (like me throwing water at you) or out of mischief (cleaning Steve). I figure that using my powers to attack would be unfair. If I have done that before, I was caught up in that moment and I apologize for doing so. I also figure that if I really tried to use them, it would make me weak and much more likely to fade from existence. I have always figured that if I was a ghost and using my powers, the other person would attempt to make me fade from existence. In fact, I expect it. I have never made it such that I cannot be taken out of commission as a ghost. If I were to make it such that I could not be defeated, it would be extremely unfair. The only reason I would use healing powers whilst a ghost is if there is no one else who can heal around. And even then, they'd be extremely weak and practically useless.
Also. I'd considered becoming a zombie, but I have little experience with how to be a zombie.
Sorry that this has bothered you, it was not my intent.
As of right now, I am not sure how this can be resolved in such a way that everyone is happy with the resolution.
There needs to be rules to make everyone happy.
Someone dead shouldn't be using powers period.
I can't use my magic in death.
If you can use your powers in death then everyone else.
Will feel it's not fair, cause a problem but right now.
We need some rules.
Perhaps I can have my powers sealed off from my soul after I get revived? I'll make it work somehow.
Oh, and. When I quoted you, I put it in parentheses, to indicate it was outside of RP. Sorry if that confused you.

She didn't feel like rping anymore, wanted to leave.
She's not the type to really fight, back.
She's the type to walk away, say it's not worth it.
The other person doesn't feel like rping anymore to avoid drama or getting jumped.
I agree....the lack of rules has caused issues before....We'll have to come up with them soon. Who all should be part of the "rules making committee"? You, me? Auriga, Kate? Sellesion?
....she did? I did not realize that..... I tend to need to be told point blank. If I'm not....I tend to not realize what I'm actually being told....^_^;;I've been texting Suish-chan, I want her as a enforcer on making the rules.
We need a enforcer to make things fair.
For everyone.
People might need to sacrifice somethings.
I'm waiting to have a enforced, controlled agreement on rules.

XD Luckily, we don't use it for much and I try to clean off my stuff that I'm not using on a decent basis.. but my sewing machine has yet to have moved. >< I understand though.. O.O I know Amu. Its for those very same reasons that I never had an issue with it myself. And it always seemed to me that your control over your powers was limited as a ghost; took much more effort and practice. I always thought it was a unique character choice which allowed some form of communication even though you were dead, which allows you to not be excluded completely from the fun and the story of everything as it happens. If you have no way of communication, and people forget you're dead, no one will revive you, and then you'll be stuck out of the RP or otherwise be accused of god-moding and making people upset... so to me, using water while being a ghost was never too unreasonable. That's why I bother to be an angel. It was brought up in RP once that I was, so I stuck with it for continuity, even though my character Sellesion, really is a forest elf with water bending powers and intense training in the art of making and using archaic weaponry. ^^""
However, I do understand how Yuui could feel how he does. But I disagree with how he handled stuff.
Also, if he's going to be that way about you using your powers, then I think we need to see an end or compromise with this whole 'Steve" business as well.( Oh no! gonk That's awful! Good thing you checked. Maybe they're sold on other sites?) Yep. And really? I never knew Selle was a forest elf with all of that other stuff. And I've suggested to Yuui that my powers might get....sealed off from my soul? Plus, I thought it was really cool for those exact same reasons. It's really boring as a ghost when all you can do is ghost stuff. I hate being a ghost because of it, so if I can't do SOMETHING, I go nuts! and besides...Nanzzy does similar (but not exactly the same) stuff, least that's what I noticed before, and gets into almost no trouble...I found them on one other site! It's a new site, but the reviews they have are nice, and their return policies are reasonable, well explained, and there's links to customer service and everything. I think I'll be getting those from there when I has teh money. ^w^ Yeah, for all RP purposes within our group and thread and stuff Selle is an angel, but there's a reason I'm almost never without my elfy ears. Haha. I created her and her story a Veeeeeeerrry long time ago and such. But when RP came about, it just didn't happen that way. XP So yeah. It's like I have two separate characters with the same name or something almost now. ^^"" And yeah, I get that. The whole angel thing not rendering me a ghost that cant even communicate is like.. no pun intended, a blessing. I wouldn't be able to handle that. I think everyone has their own way of doing that. For pete sake, Yuui has Steve, who can do whatever, even attack, as we've seen. >> Perhaps we should just put some sort of limitations on all forms of extras/powers/abilities/whatnot that occurs after death, and post clear cut explanations of what each person has on the front page so that later, there's no desputing it, and it becomes it's common knowledge.

You've done a lot already. :] Amu Tsukiyomi-sama ( I'm kinda not wanting to say how things are progressing...worried I'll do something weird....so I'm leaving it rather open-ended....) *stuff appears to keep looking better* (She's more of a novice healer, but honestly, whatever way Amu wants her character to go is fine by me.) At Sellesion's words, she disperses the magic and kneels tiredly besides Amu, looking at the healing herself. Seeing it, she felt quite proud of herself, since she'd never attempted anything like that before, and on the surface, it looked like a job well done. She gives a tired smile and sits down on the floor. "Y-you really th-think so, Miss Sellesion?" ( but...but! I don't want to choose! gonk *dithers for a bit* ) *I don't wake up or move* *there's no longer a hole* (Hmm.. well.. the story will go as it goes.. we can all add our little twists and turns and then eventually there'll be an outcome. XP ) *Inspects where the wound was* *the skin looks healthy and new* I do really think so. You appear to have done a good job. ^^ And either way, this is certainly better than before. Okay, yes. I see we've finally come to the point that we need rules. Something that all roleplaying areas typically need. It's like the main thing for them! If you have any idea on a rule, go ahead and suggest it. I quoted Suisho even though I was probably beat to her attention.
There definitely needs to be rules if you're dead/a ghost. No powers is a big one.
I also have a feeling this should be in a separate thread now that I think about it.

Sellesion I would like to be allowed to continue RP in here though, since it's nice to do both; chat and RP. but putting rules in a separate thread would make them easy to find and possibly just have them be relevant RP rules for the entire guild. It would simplify things.
Don't know if it's okay, but I wanna make a suggestion thread for now till we have the rules confirmed and set in stone. I know people probably have all sorts of ideas for rules wise.
