The best advice I've given is that since bad things are usually unexpected, whatever bad thing you think of won't come true because you already expected the unexpected.
I've been given a lot of good advice, but I can't remember any of them. sweatdrop
Recently, though, my mom reminded me of that exact advice when I was freaking out about something.
I'm really impressed with myself for coming up with that because it's so true and it works every time for me. xD
