Then that's technically not a good guy. Nor even jedi. Which puts you back at neutral or evil.
You just basically described Fett, except you lack the part of "if they give me money, I'll work for them."

He's right. Jedi help Sith hurt. Fence sitters are all grey.

Fence sitters are not just neutral. They tend to favor one side or another. But inaction without guilt is definately towards the dark.

I prefer the quote from Dante.
"The hottest places in hell are reserved for those who, in times of moral crisis, fail to take action."

I suppose that works too. Now what is it that we want from Angel? do we want her to give up the title of Jedi? or are we just poking fun at the character?

Keep this in mind: She's got an interest in Freya and her group, and if she likes them, she won't want something bad to happen to them, so if the Sith go after them, she might be inclined to step in.
Just an example. There's other things too, I just don't wanna list it all.

So you're shooting on developing your character more towards the light?

Darkened Angel Angel is one of the good guys, so she is a light sider. She just has the attitude of " Unless they're causing me problems personally, they can conquer the whole universe for all I care. " about everyone else. If that helps any. Sounds Sithy..

We need Jedi.
Actual, straight up, Jedi.
Not Rogue Jedi.
Not nonchalant Jedi.
Not randomly appearing Jawa Jedi.

Just an example. There's other things too, I just don't wanna list it all. but in order for the sith to go after them, their rebellion will have to consist of more than three people. And I can't simply go after them for no reason. I have a much better chance stirring trouble up with Cale or Jamie than doing it against Freya.

I just used that as an example. It doesn't have to be anyone else. It can be a random group of thugs looking for trouble that goes after them of their own creation. Or, I may have a good VS evil battle of my own against a no-name Sith Knight or something.
Right now, the idea is Angel's intentions are supposed to seem like she's only out for her own interests. That's not to say she can't have a change of heart later on.
