It's because we're so very cool that we don't need to see avatars or have others see ours. Or maybe just yours. Because I think people can see mine.

Edit: I thought it might be my browser... I'm using Mozilla. Maybe I'll clear my cache and see if that helps.

I'm using IE. what does clearing your cache mean?
I can see everyones avatar in their profile, and outside guilds, but not in the guild.

Nope, cache clearing didn't do anything.
I think it's probably a thing to do with people who've changed their avatars while the guilds were down, because the people I can see haven't done that.
