The power of the explosion and its shrapnel is dependent on the rank of the crystal formation. If another jutsu had been crystallized and was used for this technique then the explosion's power is increased by half of the crystallized technique's strength. The user pay's the cost of the crystal formation to be detonated to activate this technique.
Technique Name: Crystal Beacon Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu (Bloodline) Element: Shoton Description: The Shoton user can amplify the effects of refraction through their crystal creation when or after it has been created to create a brief, blinding flash (blinds anyone who sees the affected creation for 1 post).

Kortal's Khan's Cloak: Approved.
Stay in Motion: Pending. This technique does a lot of the same stuff that Assassin's Rush does. That technique mitigates the massive speed increase of the user by having them have to cloak themselves in chakra in order to not damage themselves. This technique not only gives them a cloak which works like the Kortal Khan technique, but then allows it to go boom. If you make it a stipulation that if it's used with Kortal Khan to make yourself safe, and then that cloak goes boom when you use this technique, then I will approve of it.
Character:Kya Senkei Aomine Technique Name: The Hand of Veneca Rank: A Type: Uchiha Advanced Ninjutsu Element: Katon Description: This skill creates a massive claw of flame, rivaling in size the body of a Susano'o, that moves forward, consuming anything not sufficiently defended in it's wake and leaving intense Uchiha fire in it's wake. The hand itself is capable of closing in around a target, surrounding it in an intense, crushing inferno. With precise control stemming from her Mangekyo sharingan, she can direct the attack, giving her a degree of control over where the hand goes that is higher than one would expect for such a large attack. Can manipulate the skill for up to five posts until destroyed, but this busies one offensive activation per post, and the hand must stay in sight. This skill sets flames to just about anything in it's pathway, and even after it is defended against the explosion from most collisions causes fire to scatter everywhere, creating a hazardous zone of flames that can consume a large portion of most threads.
Conversely, this skill can fire off five nail like spears of flame that explode and create deadly fire zones for the next five posts after it's created, though this weakens each specific bolt to be a C rank technique and also rendering her advantage for bloodline jutsu inert (which causes them to act as normal Katon.) This is mostly used to start flames.

Technique Name: Kortal Khan's Cloak Rank: D-A Type: Uchiha Advanced Nin Element: Katon Description: This skill is a supplemental skill that enshrouds Kya in flames born of Uchiha fire. The skill effectively renders inert fire incapable of harming her, and even from up to an equivalent technique of any nature. It also has the nifty effect of giving an opponent a reason not to want to touch her, as getting within melee range will cause a half dose of dehydration per post to anyone nearby. This skill can also be used over her Susano'o, increasing the range of this effect to within range of being struck by it. This skill lasts for five posts before it can be reapplied for half the original costs, or until a technique of sufficient strength hits the shroud. Requires an attack that is empowered the way Bloodknight or Elemental specialist is in order to defeat in one hit, or a normal attack and one of a single rank lower (as the math behind that makes them equivalent.) Techniques that outpower it will damage as usual.
Technique Name: Stay in Motion Rank: D-A Type: Uchiha Bloodline Nin Element: Katon Description: This skill expresses a large degree of control over her bloodline attacks, as this skill makes it possible for Kya to close distance on a target, moving in a firey rush to any location where her Uchiha fire has touched in combat. The cost varies because of distance thechnique goes. At E it goes ten feet, and doubles per rank. If the Cloak of Kortal Kahn is active, upon arriving at her location, Kya releases the flaming shield of in a burst of flames dealing damage to an area of five feet per rank around her location, blowing away anything in the impact zone with rank appropriate damage, but increasing the technique cost by one rank if the cloak was of a higher rank than the dash.

Pending:Rainbow Path If you're simply traveling through the crystals i.e through connected path ways this is going to need a sustain after a certain point. Using my similar ability that uses ink as an example to do essentially the same thing. A decent base is [2] posts of being able to travel inside the crystal freely. I will allow [3] if it doesn't actually hide your location since most crystals are transparent. If you're still hiding inside after that 3 duration another sustain of C-rank is going to need to be paid again. If this by the sound of things allows you to teleport to other crystalline structures that aren't otherwise connected with all teleportation skills its going to fall under the Shunsin rule of [3] meaning it can only be done up to three times per battle and consumes a use of Shunsin. Also you need you need to send one Crystal Beast Card from your Spell or Trap Card Zone to the Graveyard.

Unless you want a basic vanilla reinforcement, that being now having a B-rank enhanced chakra armor this is approved. If you want it to do more than that you'll have to go into detail as to what exactly 'stronger physical strikes' translates into from a DR perspective. Also like before don't forget to send a Crystal Beast monster from your spell and trap card zone to the graveyard. That's really important.

Clay Fletching: Pending. The creation of anything cannot be supplementary. Especially since you are not worker class. There needs to be a duration to these arrows. You can't just have them permanently in your inventory. Finally, I'm not sure how I feel about you being able to merge other clay to the arrows. I'll let you work on the first two before I bother you about the third, however.

Character: Atsuko Uchiha Technique Name: Kamui : Limbo Contract Rank: A Type: Bloodline Element: Maruton Description: Limbo Contract is an extension of Kamui in a sense. What it does is upon activation the battlefield, within 100 feet of the user, becomes invisibly overlayed by the users Kamui dimension. Well it does not cause any damage to the area what it allows is the user to make use of anything or anyone that may be in their Kamui dimension out of sight of the regular world.
Things such as clones, allies, or even the user are able to interact with the environment physically without having to leave the Kamui dimension. If however there is any offensive action taken to those outside of the Kamui dimension those taking the offensive action will be visible or if they are within twenty feet, only seen as dull shadows however. This makes the ability not so much used for combat but rather much more applicable to stealth related missions or gathering as when non offensive actions are taken those within the Kamui dimension are invisible to the naked eye and can only be discovered by sensors or those that can see chakra visibly, even then only being of a dull outline.
It is important to note that if any offensive action is taken within Limbo that those that expose themselves will also expose themselves to harm for 2 posts (current post and 1 post afterwards). This lasts for ten (10) posts before needing to be reapplied for fading out.

Character: Atsuko Uchiha Technique Name: Kamui : Limbo Sentencing Rank: A Type: Bloodline Passive Element: Maruton Description: Limbo Sentencing is an extension of Kamui in a sense. Atsuko is capable of making clones or summon-able entities within his Kamui dimension freely, not needing to use Kamui itself to transport them there. In order to put them in kamui however, it cost double the cost of whatever clone or summon is put in there. This is applicable to any type of clone or summon. When Limbo Contract is used however the clones are ALWAYS near the user, within five to ten feet and can spread out from there within standard clone limits. This is important to note that this rules applies for ALL clones, even those created when in the Kamui dimension.

Limbo Contract: Denied on the grounds that this is an uncounterable move. Basically you can just have this clones move point blank since one cannot determine where they are without sensor powers and fire off a ninjutsu. In order to make this passable, first I need a duration. Second of all I need the clones to be somewhat visible even when they're not attacking. Maybe like those shadow forms you mentioned. Then, when they attack, they materialize fully and be damaged for the two post as you mentioned.
Limbo Sentencing: Pending. Make it that the clones can only survive in the kamui dimension when summoned like this for six post before they go poof.
