So... from what you said at a psychological stand point... you hate Aeris because she was positioned as foil against Tifa in the love triangle. Now come on RxH, I pinned you for a smart girl. Surely it must be deeper than that. If that truly is the only reason than logically, if the love triangle were removed from the story, you'd have no problem with her... hell you may have even liked her. So lassie, are there other reasons?

First of all I think that's a pretty good reason not to like a character. I mean what kind of person tries to take a guy that another girl is truly in love with? Especially when she only wants him because he looks like her last boyfriend? She knows how Tifa feels about Cloud but she definitely doesn't care. She even goes as far as to make attempts at him, while Tifa is right there. It sounds like Aeris is trying to create an immature, high school, teen, drama. I'll be honest though. If Aeris had actual true feelings for Cloud and didn't throw herself at him like an easy tramp, then I wouldn't have minded the LTD so much.

I do however have other reasons for hating her but I didn't mention them before because I was trying to make it short.

Another reason I hate her is because Aeris just seems to be completely heartless and selfish to everyone else other then Cloud. I mean she was mostly a b***h to Tifa but I thought that time she told Berret to "Just have fun and forget about it." right after he had to kill his best friend, was truly heartless and and just downright stupid of her. Anyone with half a brain knows better then to say something so cold and insensitive, when someone is in mourning. And what really gets me is that after Tifa had called her on it, does Aeris feel bad or apologise to Barret? No. She walks right up to him and tells him "Were going to have fun." Lots of people like to make the "Oh but she was only trying to cheer him up." argument but the fact that she wouldn't even apologise when called on her rudeness, contradicts this argument. All Aeris cared about was having her fun with Cloud and she didn't care who's feelings she had to step on to get it.

Also last but not least, she's a complete idiot. Like the fact she's walking around Midgar (Which is a bad neighbourhood) dressed like an innocent little girl, while Shinra is after her. I mean you think she would try to keep a low profile concitering the danger she's in. And when the first reactor exploded, everyone else seemed smart enough to try and run away from it, but not Aeris. She was just standing there like an idiot. Then when Cloud banged into her you would think she would try to run away, considering that he has a Solder uniform on and mako eyes and that Solder's work for Shinra, the very people that are trying to capture her and experiment on her like her mother. And last but not least She hires Cloud as a body guard but then runs off by herself at the City of the Ancients, which eventually gets her killed.

In conclusion Aeris is a selfish, inconsiderate, insensitive, unintelligent, girl who acts like a slut.. Basically she's an all around b***h. And those are my reasons for hating her.

I really dislike Yuffie the way that she is obsessed with materia is just plain retarded. All she would need to do to get some is work at Shinra and steal any materia she happens to come by.

If i had to say....

...it'd definitly be Sephiroth. stare I mean, to me he's been nothing but a complete show off, evil basterd, and one who always tries to destroy one's happiness and take away what one cherishes while never knowing what that is, himself. (Namely Cloud's) Not to mention killed Aerith.

Well I had to choose the ShinRa option merely because of the factor that there are two people in ShinRa that I hated

one was Heidegger sherely for the fact he was an annoying control freak... then again alot like most of the original ShinRa team

Then there was Scarlet she was just bitchy and greedy but I suppose they made her like that for a reason. Still none the less.

And you wait the whole game to final get to kick the crap into them.... and you can't.. you have to fight them in a huge robot ¬¬
but then you get beat Hojo up so it makes everything better ^^
