Zanza still didn't move, but he didn't want her to leave " Ame, wait. I was only foolin around. please don't leave " he said in the sweetest voice he could. Finaly he pushed himself off the ground and walked over to her. " I don't want you to go. I'm sorry " he said. As he came up to her, he gave her a hental hug from behind and kissed her on her cheek. then he stoud behind her for a moment more with his head down and ares around her waist.

Ame would have turned around at the sound of his sweet voice, but he hugged her from behind before she had a chance. "You might want to be careful about how you say things... I tend to take things too literally..." She stood there as he held her, not moving at all... what was she supposed to do now?

"i'll keep that in mind. " he said then let her go. Turning back around, he asked " you said you've never been on a date before right? " he asked her, hooking his thumbs in his pockets and takeing a step back toward the path they came in on..

Ame turned her head as he let go of her and watched him more around. "Yes... that's correct... never ever... The last guy that liked me... in one form or another, I was never quite sure... he didn't know how to act around people. He never talked... " She remembered when he first did speak to her though... it was when he was helping her find her big brother...

" then this must feel a bit acwrd to you? " he asked as if he knew how she felt. " you don't need to feel nervous or anything. just be yourself and do what comes natural, ok? " he asked her, tring to make her feel more comfortable. He was just as nervouse as her on the inside, but his cool atitude covered up all those feelings.

Ame smiled. 'I'll keep that in mind... now where to?" She walked over to where he was... it seemed like he was planning on going somewhere so she would follow. Be myself, huh.... be myself... okay then...

Zanza grined, but turned away so she wouldn't know. She was trying much too hard. And it really showed. " I don't even know where we are, so why don't you lead us back to town. I could buy you dinner " he offered. Tonight was gonna be a night to remember. He would make sure of that.

Ame shrugged and walked in front of him... leading the way back to town... hopefully sensei wouldn't still be in the cafe. "Dinner would be nice... but... can we avoid sensei... please... ?"

Zanza didn't mind the request. He too wanted to stay away from anyone they knew. " Thanks for going out with me tonight Ame-chan. I'm sorry if I embarrised you eairlyer with the whole window thing. " he was tring to be as honest as he could. He wanted this relationship to work so bad. He wanted someone to care about and love, like he used to.

As she lead the way down the mountian, Ame lifted her head to stare at the sky... it was darkening with every minute. "Thank you for asking me out... I means a lot to me, and dont worry about earlier... sensei'll have his fun and then drop it... eventually... I hope..." She looked down at her feet with a nervous laugh... sensei's teasing wasn't pretty... "Where should we go...? I'm not exactly sure where there are any other places to eat. It's just the cafe and the market and... the market's closed..."

Zanza didn't really know of anything around town to do. Alot of the things they could have done weren't open because it was in the middle of the week. " I geuss we could go back to the ca'fe. I hope sensei has left there though. " he said as they strolled along side by side. " I'll pay for it, ok? "

Ame smiled and nodded. "If he's there, shall we pull a henge? Or do you think he'll know right away? He'll probably figure it out... heh... he'll be bugging us all night... We could just order to-go? And then find somewhere else to eat? How does that sound?"

As they entered an area Zanza could recognise, he took th lead for just a bit. "that sounds great, but i don't think ye'll be there sence that was like four hours ago" he said. He took her hand in his again and began a little bit of a run, nothing she couldn't handle. " come on slow poke " he said in an excited voice.

Ame grinned, rolling her eyes again. She tokk his hand in hers as well and ran with him. "I'm not slow... you're hairbrained!" Laughing a little bit she caught up with him and tried to pull ahead.

(Supposing that I can RP a pet without having the profile set, as long as I don't do anything else with him. Please, somebody correct me if I'm wrong.)
Katare made an effort to cover his tracks as he neared his destination; after all, it wasn't called "Katare's Social Hangout Spot". Kinen stayed on his shoulder so that he wouldn't leave tracks either, although that was probably a minor obsession on Katare's part. The Secret Training Spot was nearby, although anybody other than the two of them would never have known. Drop off here, take a left, climb the ledge, 45 feet towards the rising sun, climb again... After a few more instructions (not given to protect the secrecy of the location), the two arrived at the beautiful training course. Over the course of two years, it had grown from empty perfection to human mastery, with all sorts of pulling mechanisms designed specifically to test and trial Katare's dexterity. First up was the random attack mechanism. Katare found a spot that would certainly make the shots a challenge, though not nearly impossible since the challenge for today had to start out at least somewhat lightly. Preparations were complete... "Okay, Kinen, surprise me this time!" Three targets were moments away from flying into the clear, and Katare was moments away from throwing three prepared kunai at them.
(DC: 30 for each. Uses current 21/16/11 ranged bonus. If number goes over 30, the extra number is added to the next roll.)
