As they near the painting of a city, the wall it's painted on seems to wiggle and move away, the city coming out of it. It's still a good mile to the city walls. Chittering noises still come from the grass as they're moving through the plains.
She slows her pace, looking back at the group, then ahead of the city. She lifts the seedling up and points at the city. "What the hell is that? Is it a painting or an actual place? 'Cause if I run into a wall I'm going to be mad at you." Titiani asks.

"Then I'll run into the wall for ya!" Baldur panted, the armor clanging against each other. He stared at the wall, hoping that it was an actual city and not a painting.

The closer they get to the city, the more the wall moves away, yet the city pops free from it. The group can make out the gate of the capital's wall is closed. There's no banners, or music, or anything else to symbolize a welcoming ceremony. A bit ahead and to the left, the group sees a small traveling group with a cart, but it's still a ways ahead.
Titiani- The seedling just whimpers in response.
I'ma wait until we have at least 4/6 of us here before opening the capital doors.

-roll to maximize speed- Baldur ran as fast as he could, there was no way he was gonna be killed by vegetation. He let out a loud battlecry as he maximized his speed, even though the wall was a mile away.

Baldur- Confused to as to why he rolled for this, trips and falls face first to the ground. He is uninjured, but the grass he lands on begins to chitter and solidify.

Baldur's eyes widened as he fell face first into the ground. He let out a loud grunt as he hit the ground. The chirping from the grass shocked him and he quickly got back up and started running, ignoring the dirt that was now smudged onto his face.

"Did he really just...fall...?" Titiani questions, shaking her head a bit. She hurries after him, avoiding the patch of chittering grass. She wraps her hand around the seedling she's carrying so it doesn't try to scream out for help.
-]Ryssa easily keeps pace with the others, except maybe Finn. Of course, she was still carrying Camilla in her arms and appeared to be under no real strain from doing so. What really caught her interest though was the way that the city was popping out of the wall. "So...we're trapped in some sort of bubble?" she asked as they ran, "One that stays centered on the party's central point....What could be the purpose of such a thing?"[-
