Ore-ore stands beside you and looks at all the food. "Well, keep in mind that this place is run by very powerful wizards or something... I'm sure they have plenty of ways to make this possible." She says to you and then grabs a tray from a stack and starts putting together a salad.
Mystra and Neeché:
When you make it to the the odd building, you find that it is unlocked and go inside. The building consists of one giant room housing a multitude of mechanical gadgets and tools that you are unfamiliar with. Most notable is a fantastic orange machine in the middle of the room. It seems very sophisticated and is about 50 feet long. You aren't entirely sure what it is for at first glance, but you do realize that the shade of orange it is colored is the exact same shade as Ore-ore's hair. Perhaps there is some connection between her and this machine?

I approach the machine.
"This is strange," I say. "We don't have stuff like this on Innistrad...what IS it?!"

He sighed and took a tray, and began to get many different fruits native to his home, then some Alorax meat and some bolarax juice.

Despite the fact that you probably couldn't even pilot this thing if you tried, you can't even manage to find the cockpit! There isn't any area made of glass or any kind of door or any thing that would signify where the pilot goes. Looking in close detail, you notice that the machine is made out of quite a few distinct parts that look like they can move around independent of the other pieces.
Neeché:
The only thing about the machine that you can really understand is that it appears to have structures resembling wings, suggesting that the machine is capable of flight somehow.
Krin:
You are able to find everything you are looking for. Once you and Ore-ore pick out everything you want, Ore-ore goes and sits down at a nearby empty table.

Time to do the good old standby of plan B... Try to mess around with these weird independantly moving parts! Scinece is fun, maybe I should get an Asura to teach me when I go back to Tyria!

He went over and sat next to Ore ore, cutting his Alorax Meat with his hidden blade to make sure it was prepared properly.

Disturbingly enough, you find that it is prepared almost exactly the way you would prepare it. It certainly seems edible. While you inspect your food, Ore-ore has already begun eating with very little worry.

You don't really see anything that looks like an Asuran computer. There is a multitude of tools, such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and a lot more sophisticated things you don't understand, but nothing that even remotely resembles a computer.

Your food tastes the way you are used to, and doesn't seem to have anything odd added to it.
