I'm new to new york lol and actually driving in NJ was worse than NY! Everyone told me "oooh it's a 20min drive, no problem!" so I'm like okay! gah! shflashf well we got stuck in a traffic jam at Holland tunnel but once we got into Manhattan we could at least -drive- and not just sit in a big line and move every 5mins! my mom drives like a new york cabby anyways lol
Lunch was fun ^_^ worth the money I paid for it! I forgot to ask like a ton of questions!! but ummm someone asked me to ask about PVs on here, right? I asked and Hizumi just nodded so I guess we should expect one soon biggrin hopefully!
oh yeah I mentioned something above about being blown off by them in Manhattan, forget that because I just found out why and I need to talk to John about it, misunderstandings are sooooo fun rolleyes
Oh I totally wanted to be upfront at the CBGB! I didn't wanna push my way up though so I just hung back and jumped around on my own lol
let's see some nice details about lunch...
I gave Karyu and Zero 2 beer mugs that were in the shape of a female body with big boobs and a bikini on, when I handed Zero his Karyu said "yes yes yes!" and when I handed him his he asked what it was and when I told him it was a beer mug he was like "oooh *happy face*" lol
2 of my friends(Caity and Polly) gave them the best gifts @_@ they had like T-shirts(very funny ones) drawings, nasa gifts, disney stuff, and more! I think it was Ady that gave Karyu a hand made pillow with fabric that said "******** you" all over lol
Hizumi tried to convice Ady to ride the slingshot in FL lol and ummm Tsukasa was really silent this time! He sat there and played with the straw wrapper and didn't say much lol Polly told me he kept looking at my nice big T-bone steak haha
man I can't remember s**t! mad I'll post more as I remember more lol

And I don't know how it happened but after the show I looked in the mirror and had blood drying on my forehead from a cut that came out of nowhere. My hair was crazy after the show too so it really looked like I just got beat up or something XD Hmm maybe it was best you didn't try to make your way to the front. A lot of people were making a big deal over the pushing/cutting and were getting pissed off to the point I thought there'd be a few catfights. The lunch sounds like fun ^___^. I am going to start saving up for a backstage pass now so the next time they come to NY I can go. Eee, that reminds me of the interview where Tsukasa said he thought the T in T-bone steak was for Tsukasa steak XD

Yeah, that's why I didn't push to the front, I knew people would get mad and so I just hung out in the back on my own lol I didn't want to be in the front front just in the jumping crowd... I wanted to jump around with people! haha
I remember another question from lunch, Polly asked if they had to choose between women and music which would they pick. Karyu answered first after thinking for along time(lol) and said "If I pick music then women will always be at the end" and then Hizumi said music and Tsu said Music and then Zero had to think for a second but said music lol
I mentioned to Zero about him falling at Animenext and he laughed and said that it was because he had on his white outfit and he forgot and in that outfit he can't spread his legs very far so when he tried he fell lol
all the other girls were like " I was so worried!" and after they said that i was like O_O was I the only one that laughed?! sorry! haha
though when he didnt get up right away I totally thought he was hurt lmao I thought it was gonna be like the clip from Dir en grey when Kyo faints and everyone just sits there for like 5mins haha which thinking that only made me laugh more XD I'm so bad!

Well when he first fell I was laughing because people falling = funny but then when he was just laying there I was like "ok... is he hurt or.....??" and got alittle worried then he jumped up and I was like weee~ lol
People said he had like his hands over his face and looked like he couldn't breathe but I didn't see that because I had a damn staff guy right infront of me so I could hardly see Zero, which is the one I wanted to see most crying

He was starring at my boobs the whole time, though rolleyes I wore a zip up shirt and with all the jumping it kinda moved downward and sideways, he pretty much told me he did on sunday when I was talking to him before the autographing session lol Forget backstage passes what you want is a nice dinner/lunch pass! You can molest whoever is infront of you under the table and you can steal their straws afterwards(if you remember to, I forgot and 4 straws went to waste haha)! Though, I really like backstage but I'm just a picture whore and can't get enough of pics with D'espairs lol

Im actually wondering if i should start a new thread for what i am about to ask; but then again the first post said to discuss their music here...
OK SO:
As many of you may have noticed, the D'espairsRay sound as a whole seemed to have undergone a huge change with the release of their Coll:Set album. Most likely however this was not the sound that you originally fell in love with, this was most certainly the case with me.
After later downloading their discography and going through it several times i discovered that i didn't really like D'espairsRay music until the release of 6th terrors. Everything leading up to that was, for me, not very pleasant to listen to.
I was wondering whether you all perfered their older sound or their newer one?

Well, for me, I never download any of their music(I'm a saint!... not really) and I only listen to what I buy so I haven't heard much of their early stuff. I actually fell in love with Coll:set because that was the first I had ever heard of D'espairs, I bought Gemini, Born, and Garnet soon after and love all of them very much. I've heard alittle bit of their early stuff such as Terrors, Kumo, and ori no naka something with a really long name. I don't like Kumo as much as I do the others, it's too early for me and I don't really listen to it that often. As for if I perfer their newer or older stuff... I have no idea! lol I love their new new stuff(PIG,MAZE,long name) and I love Coll:set and I loved their old stuff(Born, Garnet, ect) and some of their old old stuff is just awesome.... I dunno which I like best, I think it would be around Born and Gemini because Reddish and Born kick my a**, but I still love a bunch of their old old stuff...

D'espairsRay was actually suggested to me by a friend...so, I bought Coll:Set under reccomendation. But, I seriously fell in love with that album. Recently, though, I've been looking into some of their older songs- like I just heard BORN, and Marry of the blood. So, I've only really heard their newer songs... ^^;; I want their older stuff, though.

I bought coll:set after I heard about them and to be truthful I was like "wow Tsukasa is hot, I have to buy their CD now" but Tsukasa's power over me made me also buy Garnet, Murder day, and all the posters of them Jpophouse had, and some photosets... all before even hearing them once lol I'm glad they turned out to be an awesome band XD It's really hard to find their old old stuff and if you do find it, it will cost you a pretty penny, so downloading is the best way I'd send you some of the old indie songs I have but I have no idea how to rip stuff so yeah can't do it lol

Actually now thinking, I remember reading an interview aloooong time ago and Hizumi said something about people downloading their music and I was like O_O Must. Listen. To. Hizumi. Never. Download. Ever.
Though, I did download their new single and their DVD onto my comp because mine were taking like 3weeks to get to me so I just couldn't hold out any longer lol but I own them and I pretty much owned them then too so it doesn't count!! ninja ninja
I've thought about just downloading their indies stuff... I think it would save my bank account but I LOVE abusing it so I must buy all their indies CDs one day twisted
Plus it's fun to have them, at lunch two of my friends that went had EVERY D'espairs CD, hell they prolly have every D'espairs ITEM and they got them to sign them all and the guys were like O_O woooow oooold, my 2 indies CDs didn't even get noticed in their mess of stuff crying I was kinda sad since I actually bought those CDs for the sole fact I wanted to see how they reacted, I would have saw that if I would have made it to the Webster >_< WHY DIDN'T I TAKE A PLANE????

I would go and buy all their older stuff {the music i did like i mean} if i wasn't so damn broke all the time. crying
But by old i mean Kumo, Genwaku, Terrors {which i liked more than some of the other stuff but still not too much}, there is more i can't remember...
I LOVED there very first demo tape yste[M]. And i also liked -Loop- Neo Divine Abomination but beyond that...
I'm sorry im such a bad fan despa, i really do love you guys. heart
